We had a F0 tornado blow alot of our shingles off. Water leaked into the attic and the house. Marc with Servpro came out the next day, came up with a quick plan, got his machines in the house, had his crew come by the next day and took care of the situation. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and knowledge, highly recommended.

Called this company for water damages to our home. They came out within 2 hours even though it was after hours. If you do go with them, they waive the consultation visit. George was our contact person and he was very knowledgeable and VERY thorough. He told us what all to expect through this process, which made it more comforting. We just told him the name of our insurance company and they took care of the rest and we never received a bill from them. We loved working with George. Every time we left him a voicemail, he’d call us back as soon as he could and kept to his deadlines he gave us, if not earlier. We’d highly recommend going with this company, esp George, for your restoration services.
