Really nice and helpful staff. It is easy to renew online. Great small library. You can request books from other library’s.

Small library but just enough for my two year old. We only go once a week for the story time for toddlers but we always make sure to borrow some books. Good selection on toddler books.
The staff who reads the books for story time is very friendly and remembered my daughter when we went for our second reading time.
The place is clean and seems the building may have been renovated. I haven’t borrowed books at the library since I was in high school, but they have this cool computer that let’s you borrow and return books without ever speaking to any staff.
Not sure about all the bad reviews although there was one library staff that wasn’t quite as friendly as the others.
It’s located right next to the police station so even if we happen to go there in the evening, I’d feel safe.

Not impressed at all. Refused to give my daughter a library card saying she was too young, after some discussion they finally let her. Addressed it with them after the fact and they said it wasn’t their policy to refuse. So someone had some really poor training. The story times are not age relevant. The younger kids get left behind. Stories are geared more towards four-​five year olds than toddlers even though it’s for that age. Small selections for kids, although my daughter would rather play with the chairs and computer. Would rather drive to Frisco or Mckinney library than waste time here.

The people there are so rude when you ask them a question. I just needed to renew and you jumped down my throat because you actually had to do your job. Sorry.
