Freedom Cleaners

Please don’t go here. I’ve had much more complicated stains taken out successfully by other cleaners. It just looks like they ironed it. All stains still here. I’m going back tomorrow to ask for a refund. We’ll see how they handle it.

We brought in 2 silk ties to be cleaned and paid $ 8.88. One of the ties had a coffee spill. You would think that would be an easy clean, but they only got it partially out. (the front, but not the stuff where the knot was tied). Not only could you see that was it not clean– you could still FEEL the spill. I assumed it would be clean, so I didn’t even notice until we got home.
At the same time, a pair of my husband’s slacks were brought in to be hemmed. When we picked them up, they just barely (like 2 millimeters) didn’t touch the ground while he was wearing shoes. She said she thought he wanted them like that!?!
We’re going to get the slacks and the suit we dropped off and never going back (not even to get the tie cleaned properly)!

These guys are great! Their prices are much better than some others around, my clothes are usually ready the next day, and they do an excellent job. My creases are perfect (no double creases). They’re also very friendly people and open late (7pm most days I think)!
