While browsing through Lititz recently, we stopped into this café. It looked interesting and since we love cafés/local coffee houses, there was hope and promise. Interesting menu – tea was good. Nutella Love was nothing to love. Cookies were okay not great. Overall, we were not impressed. However it was busy-ish – tables had folks hanging out, chatting and using wifi. It’s certainly welcoming, perhaps lunch is better. Side note to this story – shortly(like hours after) after using my credit card here, my account was hacked. A charge was attempted from a coffee vendor in Florida. Technology is unreliable and things like this happen. No fault to this café, but the coincidence made me uncomfortable. Lesson learned: just use cash.

This is a great little homey shop with just a few tables and bar stools. The morning I went, there were two«regulars» who made me feel right at home! I tried both the Thai(something or other) coffee and the Timor coffee and both were excellent. Also had a great egg sandwich on a bagel. Can’t wait to come back here and try some other menu items. Good free wifi, as well.

I had the best cup on coffee of my life at Wish Café. I am particular when it comes to coffee. The coffee was dark and rich but not over-roasted as some dark roasts tend to be. Also came back for my first café Breve(YUM!) and to order the egg salad sandwich I heard so much about. I was there for breakfast, but they made it for me anyway – even though it was a lunch item. It was a special when I had it, but I heard that it has been moved to the permanent menu. I wish I lived closer. I’d be eating here a lot while working on my novel. The specials look great. Also bought some herbal soaps here and some Ethiopian coffee to try at home.

This place is still up and coming. We went for lunch one time so far. The menu is very sparse, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing larger groups here –it’s also a mite small for that… Still, they promote daily specials which are actually very good. I am concerned that they won’t get enough business to remain open, but check them out while they are there. If you like cafes you’ll enjoy this one too; it just won’t rank number one on your list. *On a side note, be patient. The staff is somewhat under-trained and not very professional. There was one girl there who seemed like she was on the ball, but unfortunately she was not present when we returned for lunch.
