Walk ins are not welcome if you have a double take deal. They don’t tell you that anywhere (in fact their website and Facebook page proudly declare no appointment necessary) but they’re clear about it when you get there. I didn’t even think to ask if they could find someone for me without the deal, but then again they didn’t offer to help me either. Pretty disappointing customer service/​communication. I wish I would have known before I made the trip out there. That being said, this review is not based on their skill or quality of hair care since I didn’t get anything done. It is solely based on customer service. I’ve heard good things about the quality of their work.

I see Jill every two months or so for a cut and highlights. She does a great job every time! Also she listens to what I am looking for in my cut/​style and offers suggestions based on what would work well for me. Great location and great staff. Highly recommend!

Everyone there is great. I’ve personally used them for the last couple of months. I’m a guy and I thought I wouldn’t like the personal attention or fussing they give but in fact I do. All the staff is friendly and fun. And my wife is extremely happy with the way I look. I would recommend them to everyone.
