Slowest Wendy’s on the Eastside! I mean, you’re serving the same fast foods over and over again… key words: FAST FOOD. How long should I sit in the drive thru? I pulled in at 9:00 it’s now 9:20. I just ordered like 2 minutes ago and I was only one car away from the intercom smh.

This location is the worst i ever seen. They drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. The service is so slow its ridiculous. I think they need new management because this is a busy location and if i was a secret shopper I would have really low graded this location. Its bad enough that they are slow but the customer service skills are horrible as well. Its been renovated and its nice on the inside comfortable and cozy but thats about it. I try to avoid going to this location and I live in the area thats sad.

Good evening, I went through the drive-​through and ordered two 4 for 4 meals. I asked for «Sparkling Water» (which the Coke master machine does offer) and the lady says «a bottle water is extra” — -(Know Your Products)
The speed is fairly slow for a Wendy’s. It was 3 cars ahead of me and I was in line for more than 10 minutes. (About 4 songs played on my playlist avg.
At the window, a cashier (female) was on automatic response and she opened the window, held my bags as she took another order, and made me wait till that was done. AS SHE HELD MY BAGS. — – Multitasking is NOT something everyone can do.
The food was ok. (As long as it took, it would have been super hot and fresh). Is seems like the food was fresh when I had the idea to go there but by the time I went through the line, it was no longer fresh.
RECOMMENDATION
Drive a little further down Panola Rd toward i20 and go to any other burger joint.

This location was recently renovated so I was eager to come inside. It’s beautiful on the outside But messy and dirty on the inside. There was flys and nats around the drink station. Trash on the floor and we had to clean a table to seat down. New building, same old habits. We won’t be back.

Always in drive thru FOREVER!!! The staff is very unenthusiastic and seems to be annoyed by servicing customers.
