True Glory

I have been using true glory for a total of 4 years, I have never had hair that lasts this long! I always get asked: what kind of hair is that? It’s bad when you see somebody with hair, and you just want to detangle it for them! With this hair, I have never had to worry about that. It’s a distance away from where I live, but I won’t ever compromise and go anywhere else for the conveinance. I’ll buy True Glory as long as I wear weave!

I’ve been using True Glory hair on & off since moving to Georgia 2 years ago. At first the hair was great; then they must have changed suppliers. The hair used to smell so bad, that it didn’t matter what you did you could not get rid of the horrible «dog» smell associated with the hair. Then things got better, and the hair was awesome… However I’ve noticed that recently as of 2015 – 2016 the hair is back to being beyond horrible… The hair sheds way worse than your grandmother’s old shaggy blanket… The shedding is outrageous. You leave a trail everywhere you go. If you brush your hair in the bathroom, the evidence is there, bedroom same ish… Absolutely horrified by the downward spiral of True Glory’s hair

All I have to say is I should have bought beauty supply store hair! I paid $ 217.00 for 3 bundles of horrible hair! When I went in an looked at hair the hair looked okay and I was told not to rub my hand through hair which was weird but okay. Hair had a slight smell to it so I figured I’ll wash with some deep moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to keep hair soft and manageable and remove smell. Once I washed hair I let air dry overnight and next day got extensions put in. OMG! I hate this hair so much! Frizzy, dry, shedding, and not as curly as it suppose to be. I bought one 14 inch Brazilian and two 16 inch Brazilian. I have not dyed hair or anything and this hair is absolutely horrible. This hair should cost $ 25.00 dollars a bundle. I’ve only had this hair in my head for 1 day and I’m taking out as soon as I’m done with this review! Be careful buying true glory frizzy and dry hair because they will not care and you will waste your hard earned money. No more True Glory for me!!!

I always bought my hair from here but the quality has went down the grade is not the same and it sheds bad now. I had two 28 and two 30 it shedded so bad it ended up a 24 so whatever vendor or supplier they dealing with has really fell off. I hope they start back getting some better hair cause they were convenient with having what you need. Ive only been there once and they ran oit of 30 ”

I wish I would have read the reviews. I recently brought a closure from them. It IS HORRIBLE, it sheds it TANGLES it is horrible. Because everything is cash they can not track your in store purchase history. The hair quality has went down. I have been a customer since 2014 and I plan on never returning because the product quality has went down. Also the what is in stock has went down, I get stressed just wondering if I am going to get my hair in time for my sew in. It has gotten so bad I keep two bundles on hand just so that I know i have my hair when it time for it to be replaced. I REPEAT DO NOT CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. PLUS My closure in a synthetic blend it does not look anything at all like my bundle hair quality, it look like a damn nest.

I have been shopping at true glory for about two years now, I was going to the Smyrna location but then they opened up stonecrest I started going there. Most recently before June or July I heard they got a new supplier and at first I thought the hair was good but after 3 – 4 weeks this hair is crap. Idk what happened but months ago when I first straighten the Brazilian hair it got bone straight, now it doesn’t straighten well it still has a annoying curl patterns, frizzes all day long, the ends look awful, the weave itself (track) is thin, my stylist asked me was this new hair the weft is thinner I told her no it’s true glory and she said they changed hair because it’s thinner now. I’m just over true glory hair, I liked the price but not the quality.
Not to mention bad customer service, those girls that work there have the worst attitude, they act like they don’t wanna work, well ma’am go find another job. I’ll go back to ming lee hair.

This hair gets a Star because it lasted long enough to get me through my engagement photos (1 day), After that, this hair was garbage. I knew there was a problem when my stylist went to curl it and she said that it was catching on the flat iron… that’s because some pieces actually melted! This hair is not 100% Brazilian hair, there may be some strands of real hair in there, but something is not right.
I cannot explain how frustrating it is to spend $ 200 on hair and then another $ 200 to put it in just to take it out after 4 weeks. I’m very particular about how I look and I can’t walk around with bad hair. To make things worse, I had my stylist «treat» and cut the hair in hopes that some life could be added to it. It looked even worse after being washed, and why did I think I could treat fake hair! Ugh! Lol. I was desperate to save it, but just had to take it out. I have to look fly and I was looking anything but fabulous with this hair. I didn’t go out or take any selfies the whole time I had it lol, I was non existent to the world for a little over a month.
I’m hoping I can dispute this purchase, and I contacted the company and they of course ignored my email (I don’t live in GA online purchase)…awful customer service. What I’ve learned from this costly experience is to use common sense… there aren’t 100s of Brazilian women trying to give black women their hair. They slap the name Brazilian name on it and sell you something different. My real hair looks better than that mess. This hair is flat, tangly, lacks body, and is not remy/​virgin/​Brazilian etc. If you just want some hair hanging down your back and you don’t care what it looks like or how long it lasts… buy this. Trust me, I’ve seen plenty of bad weaves to see why they’re still in business, some people will just wear anything… but not me!
Sidenote: I heard their hair used to be good, this is some different hair now. My stylist was shocked!

I absolutely love this hair! It does not shed or tangle. It still looked good after I wash it, and it dyes well. My only complaint is I wish they took credit cards, but I absolutely love this hair!

They do not accept credit and atm machine was broke… super annoying but worth it.

After the install of my hair I really like it! It was dyed to blonde to create an ombré and it’s very pretty overall I’ll come back and use their hair. It’s light very little shedding and the wefts are very thick. I used 3 bundles and it’s very full hair. Also I may come into the store anyways as I read horror stories about ordering online.
