Ive been going here for several years .ive had no.problems. .my smoothies always come out right… with a little extra leftover. which they do give you

The staff treats you like you treat them. I’ve had no problems and nothing but respectful service.

i frequent this smoothie king because its close to home and i love smoohies. this is the only place in my area i can get them. if it wasnt for that i definitely would not go. the staff is a hot ghetto mess. they have horrible attitudes. they are extremely unprofessional. it often takes 10 – 20 minutes to get a smoothie. that is way to long for me. they need to update their cash register so they can accept the new rewards cards. the franchisee really needs to have a talk with these workers and let them know that they are giving the panola rd smoothie king a horrible name. its sad to say but why are there only these problems in black neighborhoods. i have had no problems with any other smoothie king but this one. as an african american i must say our ppl really need to get it together. all the attitudes and sass need to be left at home. customers do not want to deal with all that.
