The food was great, but service was poor from the hostess to the server. He didn’t clear plates at all until dessert and he only stopped by to bring the dessert and the check. No check-ins, no drink refills. If u go to this Olive Garden, beware. I’ve been going to Olive Garden for nearly 10 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had.

Waitress was very nice and polite. Although she did forget the extra salad dressing for that I asked for. The food was pretty good. The only problem was my friends chicken and my tilapia were little tougher than it should’ve been.

I wasn’t on Unilocal yet when I visited this location but I’d never forget the mystery plate put in front of me. ok hubby and I ordered he ordered grilled chicken smothered in cheeses I ordered the chicken marsala when they brought our food hubby food looked great then they put my plate dwn… my eyes big I’m like who about to put that in their mouth. the chicken was covered in some thick brown lumpy sauce and that same sauce covered my mashed potatoes before the waitress could leave I was like ummm no ma’am yall can take this back looked like mu husband made it and hubby dnt cook so for 19.95 who eating this I’d eat a hot dog before I eat that sent it back and just sat there until hubby finished his food cuz I wasn’t about to eat anything else after sending food back and complaining. The worst part the manager comes over and says I think that’s gross too I been trying to get it off the menu… SMH why serve bs when u know it’s bs take off the menu and stick to the pastas rivers and lakes your use to.

The food tasted average, the service was a little slow for the amount of people there, and the portions are much smaller than other Olive Garden locations. The lasagna took up one fourth of the plate. We asked for more salad and breadsticks, and 10 minutes later they came by and asked if we still wanted them. The prices on the menu were all higher than what we were actually charged, which sounds good, but if I knew the actual prices, I would have ordered something different.

Over priced microwaved faux-tailian food. Friendly staff though! I’m fairly certain their bread sticks are cardboard based.

First time here since they upgraded the menu for the new year. The service was excellent that we received from Alicia G. The food was good. I will definitely return when I get a taste for«franchised» Italian.

I took my wife in last night for dinner with a gift card and a card for a ‘Free Small Plate’ we had been given due to a previous poor experience at your location last December. So after being seated and waiting for a server, I gave her the Card for the Small Plate and she immediately responds with that’s old, I don’t think we do that any more. She disappears and returns after several minutes and points at a date on the card and says see its expired. We ordered and she did not ask if we wanted salad or soup so when she brought us both salad, I had to tell her that I wanted soup and wait some more. A manager came by giving lip service to checking on things because he was happy with my response of ‘OK I guess’. He said great, so it appeared that he was not really interested, but going through the motions. Then our dinner came and my plate was supposed to have shrimp, clams and scallops, but no scallops were, and at this point I just wanted to get out of their restaurant. Also, I thought there were rules about hair and food-service folks. Must not be a concern for them with 1.5′ to 2′ hair sticking out like Phylis Diller. Caveat Emptor!

My friend and I stopped in here last Sunday before our movie. We were a little hesitant because the parking lot was PACKED and we feared our wait would be a long one. When we entered, we were seated right away! We both decided to take advantage of their current 3 course meal for $ 11.99 special. We got the unlimited salad and breadsticks(which were great). I got the mezzaluna ravioli with mushroom alfredo sauce, also great! We finished off with the chocolate mousse cake. Again, fabulous! Our food was prompt and our server was extremely attentive. I’ve been here before and have never had a bad experience but I definitely think this was the best. *In my terminator voice* I’ll be back!

I often stop by Olive Garden for lunch and normally find it consistent on soup and salad but just ok on the food and service. This location is outstanding… the service from everyone(and yes several people came by my table asking if they could assist me). I found food and service to be way above the normal and will make it a point to stop by.

My cousin and I set a lunch date and were looking for a spot along I-20. We settled on Olive Garden for its convenience for the both of us. I don’t normally frequent the big chain restaurants, but it turned out to be a nice dining choice.
We had no wait as we were seated promptly. The service was fast and accommodating. The endless salad option is a nice feature although we didn’t have but one bowl. The breadsticks were pretty good as compared to all the other Italian restaurant breadsticks. Our main lunch choices arrived quickly and were really good. The food is nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. Okay, maybe it is a little better than average — and the prices were reasonable and the general atmosphere of the restaurant is really pleasant.

I always have great food and service at this location. my typical meal consists of a sangria, water with lemon, soup salad and breadsticks… the pasta fagioli soup of course… and then i end it with a slice of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. i feel so stuffed after eating here. i can kill their salads and the dressing is so yummy, i always buy a bottle and take it home with me. Haven’t had anything else.

Food was good for an olive garden. The one thing that really bothered me was the time it took for our food to be prepared.

Food was great, the service wasn’t the best, no refills on drinks and she made us feel like she would rather us leave.

This Olive Garden delivered the goods both times that I have been there. I had the Garlic Herb Chicken con Broccoli and it was delicious along with the minestone soup and yummy breadsticks. This dish was $ 13.25 plus $ 2.35 for a soft drink. Our server did an excellent job, I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

The food at any Olive Garden is unexceptional, but the employees at this location make it a pleasure to come here. The first time we visited the Lithonia location(just off I-20 at exit 75, tucked into a mallplex the size of a county fairgrounds), we had a new server who made a mess of the timing, and wordlessly presented us with a bill before we’d gotten halfway through the entrée(and certainly before we’d asked for it). I mentioned it to Samuel, the trainer, and he was deeply apologetic. We visited again a month later and he recognized us immediately, promising us that he would give us a table with an experienced server who knew we wanted time to enjoy our meal. He delivered on that promise, and asked us on the way out if everything was just right, and he’s greeted us warmly and personally ever since. I suspect that one of Atlanta’s finest restaurants will someday offer Samuel a job as a maître d’. Until then, I highly recommend his Olive Garden.
