Dr Bivens is a very competent Doctor. I have been her patient for a number of years. However she needs to focus on the quality of her new hires for the front desk. since a doctors office requires employees who are caring and empathetic to their clients’ needs. I arrived 15 minutes late for an appointment on a day when there was heavy rain and tornado warnings. I had called 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to indicate that I was running late and was told that they would try their best to accomodate me. On arrival, I was advised that the Doctor could not see me and that I could return the next morning. Despite my appeal, there was little attempt to try to accomodate me and I am not even sure that the doctor was consulted.
