The customer service person especially the facility manager the older lady was mean a simple rental turned into a hour long process. I will never rent from there or recommend this place to even a dog to rent. It was like I was begging them to rent a spot not them trying to earn my business If I didn’t have my item already there to drop off to store I would have driven off. The older lady was the worst of them all run as far as u can find another place to rent who’s willing to earn your business.
