Terrible customer service. I have been a long term customer of BB&T and was very disappointed in my experience at the Fishhawk location. The teller did not smile, acted like she did not know what she was doing and was not helpful with what I needed. She obviously was not even going to even attempt to take care of my needs today. I am used to better customer service at other locations. I have been in the customer service field for many years, including banking. My experience was unacceptable. The manager needs to set higher expectations for his staff for how they take care of and treat their clients.
