The Columns At Sweetwater Creek Apartments

I lived here a couple of years ago. The office staff had a lot of turnover which made it difficult to feel connected. The apartments were awesome. I really loved the physical apartment layout. Free T1 Internet was awesome too. When there was a problem for maintenance, it usually took a couple of days to get help, or sometimes just excuses.
When we moved out, they kept our deposits — and there were plenty — even though the apartment was thoroughly cleaned. Our carpet was old when we moved in on it and it should have been replaced before we got it and my spouse told them that before we moved in. He even offered to pay to have it replaced, and they said it was not possible. Our security deposit was not returned because they said they had to replace the carpet — DUH! We paid a deposit for satellite TV– no reason given why they didn’t give that one back. Our pet deposit — well same story. When I tried to get clarification, they told me over and over that they would get back with me— until the time frame was gone for filing for it in small claims court statute of limitations ran out.
It is a beautiful place, great floor plans, but lousy customer service.
