I have used Paul’s for years and have never been disappointed. I have had the heels replaced on some boots several times. When I purchased Frye boots (which are about $ 300+) I expected them to last awhile. I purchased in March and noticed a starting hole in the sole. I took them to Frye and they said $ 50 – 75 to replace. Took them to Paul, he redid the heel and sole on both shoes for under $ 40. Amazing job! Recommend time and time again.

I’ll largely go Ditto to the past reviewers.
I’ve brought a lot of shoes to Paul’s over the last few years, and (maybe not by coincidence) I have yet to buy a new pair of shoes since doing so.
They polish & waterproof my shoes wonderfully, they’ve fixed shoes of mine perfectly, and I’ve actually brought some friend’s shoes there for repair as well.
Turn around time is great, parking is easy, pricing seems fair.

OMG these people could not be any nicer. When my husband needed new heels on his shoes and he needed them by a certain day, NO PROBLEM. Everything is ready when they say it will be!
Parking is not an issue. Doesn’t get any easier.
