Yummy sandwich when you order it «mikes way» with the olive oil and vinegar blend! Customer service is generally pretty good. Jersey mikes is now my favorite sandwich place.

FABULOUS customer service! Really, some of the best I’ve seen. The positive, upbeat energy in there is absolutely magnetic. Every guest is personally greeted with warm welcome and asked about their day! Who does that anymore? I told the manager who asked how I was doing that I had just picked up my car from the tow yard and he gave me a cookie on the house!!! I was blown away. It’s the little things sometimes that make the biggest impact. Employees like those are what keeps customers coming back! Along with their outstanding customer service, you will find the quality of their food is consistently top-notch. Too often, I go to sub restaurants that serve stale bread. Never Jersey Mike’s. No matter what time of day, you are getting the freshness you’re paying for at Jersey Mike’s on Maple Ave. Thanks for turning my day around guys!

One star based on the attitude of the self-proclaimed manager, Jessica. My order was wrong and when I called to let the store know Jessica took down my number and said she would have the night manager call me back that day or the next day/night… waiting, waiting, waiting… called at 6:27PM following day and got Jessica again. She proceeded to tell me that I «misunderstood» when she told me that she would have the«night manager» call me regarding this order problem. I ordered on-line so there is NOMISTAKING what I ordered. I have spent over $ 120 in that store in less than half a month… Jessica complained loud and would not let me finish a sentence. SHEHUNGUPONME! So much for customer service… hope corporate monitors Unilocal,Jessica. My credit card based orders don’t lie but you did. Your store is not worthy of my business… clean it up and I MAY come back!

The food quality has never been an issue, and that goes for the other nearby JM locations. Maybe I came in at the wrong time, but waiting 15 minutes in line(when there are three customers in the store) spells bad service, and this location was no stranger to that. Even though the customer in front of me was ordering for an entire family, it was understandable. I didn’t appreciate the cashier going out of his/her way to give the customer free samples of their sauces, especially when the person behind me and myself had been waiting awhile to place our orders. I’m not against ‘favoritism’, but when the remaining staff rushes behind the counter to speed up orders and doesn’t even acknowledge the wait time, it comes across as insincere. Chalk my experience up to coming at the wrong time, but I don’t think I will come back to this location. Even for chain sandwich places, sometimes services trumps food quality.

Great wraps and subs with fast service. The staff is really nice and they sell quality product. It is kept up very well and air conditioned. I like this location and definitely plan on going back when I’m in the area.

The first jersey mikes I actually enjoyed! The line moved fast at lunch and the people were competent. The ladies restroom door is warped and won’t lock. Major issue for my wife.

This place blows Subway out of the water. The quality of the meat, the amount of meat, the price, the employees, the bread, the freshness. It’s just a kick ass place that always leaves my tummy happy.

Positive upbeat people. Keep the restaurant clean. Always wiping down tables and equipment. Got here on a busy Saturday afternoon, line moved pretty quickly. For five people our bill was about $ 30. Food was good. Great value

This rating is purely off of an experience I had on 9÷16÷14 at 7:50PM. My fiancé and I came in expecting the service we always look forward to being regulars. To our disappointment we weren’t greeted, until the girl on the slicer decided that she was ready. We asked for our regular, Giant 13. I asked if she could make it «Mikes Way» and if they could please add banana peppers(just like we always do.) The slicer girl said«you can tell her…» Just putting this out there for those of you that have not eaten at Jersey Mikes, they work with in five feet of each other. What ever happened to customer service? Fix the customer service and I will change this rating back to 5 stars.

I’m not very pleased with this location. I went in on a Sunday around 2 pm. It took a good 10 – 20 mins for me to get through the line and out the door with my food. I had to correct the workers preparing my food 2 times because they kept screwing my order up. The cheese steak sub is pretty good though! I didn’t get onions or peppers so I thought I would possibly get some extra mushrooms in place, but there was hardly any to begin with. The buffalo chicken wrap was not good. The chicken was rubbery, which to me is a sign of being undercooked. At the risk of getting sick, I picked it all out. The hot sauce was decent, but very watery. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

I love love love the sandwiches here. Usually the staff is friendly and helpful but be careful if you come in 10 mins before close. I felt so uncomfortable when I did that the other day, the girl who was taking our order made it so obvious that she was pissed that we were ordering close to when they were supposed to close. My boyfriend was even mad that we were being treated like that and he usually couldn’t care less about service.

I’m a Jimmy John’s girl. always have been. But today I ventured into Jersey Mike’s to grab a sandwich for my dad. The atmosphere was fantastic. The guy who I believed to be the owner or manager greeted me when I walked in, and gave me a free cookie when I left. The guy taking my order was incredibly friendly towards everyone, asking how our days were going, what were our weekend plans, etc. The guy making sandwiches was fun, upbeat, and also got involved in conversations, joked around with me, and passed me to the smiley cashier. It didn’t matter that I was standing in a long line because these guys kept me entertained! Fantastic service. I can’t comment on the food(yet), which is why I’m only giving 4 stars, but my dad has been a loyal Jersey Mike’s guy since it opened. Now I know why. I’ll be back

Jersey Mike’s has a pretty strong following and I was eager to give it a shout after hearing about it for so long. The sandwiches are fresh, made quickly, and delicious. I head over here when I need to get in and get out, for lunch. I have yet to try one of their hot sandwiches, but I’ve heard good things!

Delicious sandwiches with freshly sliced cheese, get. in. my. belly. I think this location is actually quite awesome and the food is always consistent and delicious. I really have no idea what the other people are talking about, but I love this joint. Maybe it’s because I’m not from the Midwest and therefore don’t see eye-to-eye with the questionable food interests of some of the locals(I’m talking to you, Portillos lovers), but this place makes my Southern California taste buds HAPPY. Something just tastes better when your food is cute/made to order, you know? We’ve been in there when the owner’s been there and we thought the workers were fast and friendly? No way, Jose. This guy owns multiple JM stores for a reason and he’s obviously passionate. Food is good and we like the people… so we’ll keep eating there.

What a filling sandwich! I ordered a regular Original Italian sub and it was packed with meat about an inch high. The sandwich maker cut the meat as I waited for the sandwich and piled it on thick. The amount of meat you get is much more substantial than what you get at other chain sub shops. The regular size sandwich is about a foot long, very thick, fresh, and seasoned well. Sandwiches here come in three sizes: mini, regular, and giant. The mini size would be adequate for one person at lunch or dinner. The regular is more than enough and capable of feeding a person of average appetite for two meals. I enjoyed my sandwich and will return for another round – if I am ever hungry again!

I was excited to hear the JMS was coming to Lisle. I have been a fan since their location in Naperville open a few years back. In my opinon fresh cut deli meat taste better, and thats how JMS does it. Oh and did I mention they bake their own bread… The Turkey Breast and Provolone cheese sub is 99% fat free so no guilty consumption here. LOL! I look forward to experimenting with more subs upon my future visits. I also like the fact that any sub is available in a wrap if bread isn’t your thing. Comfortable seating arrangement, easy in and out with families who have strollers with kids.

Not bad, but pricey. I swooped in here to grab a sandwich in a hurry, never having been to a Jersey Mikes before. Their regular veggie option sounded a bit lame(cheese and green peppers, basically), so I asked if I could have the grilled veggie wrap(grilled peppers and onions with cheese and some toppings) as a sub instead. The staff was friendly and started right in on it and a few minutes later I was flying back to work. The sandwich was ok, but it was messy as a sandwich, and I can’t imagine the soggy mess it would have been if made as a wrap. They charged me the price I would have paid as a wrap, and my total came to $ 7.02. No chips. No drink. Perhaps their meat subs are fabulous. I also thought the selection of available toppings was a little sparse, there were no olives, which I really like on my sandwiches. There was some red stuff which may have been pepadews, which I love(I didn’t ask and there was nothing listing the choices). I think I’d prefer Subway or Quiznos, which are also close by, and I’m not a giant fan of either of those. If I was going to lunch with friends and they wanted to go here, I’d go back, but it’s unlikely I’d just up and go own my own.
