Bad experience on a Saturday evening. There was one person working behind the counter, so it was a long wait. I ordered two 3 piece meals. I checked the order (to go) before I left and got 2 pieces instead of 3 in each meal, so I had to go back in to get that corrected. The whole experience took 45 minutes. Not good.

The last time I was in this place at lunchtime, I was the only one there. Everything, including the employees, seemed a little sad. That was probably a year (or more) ago.
Stopped in today to try their new boneless chicken since I had a coupon. Wow… this place was jumping! There were three employees working the front line so the time it took to order and get our meals was very short. One guy practically had it ready on plates before we paid. SWEET!
The employees were all very nice, the shop was clean. The boneless chicken was good but I liked the smaller piece of the two I got.(more CRUNCH to meat ratio). I would estimate that 80% of the people dining in also got the boneless chicken meal.
When we left, the parking lot was packed. I think KFC has a winner here!
