I would give them –5 stars if I could. We were transferred to them after our favorite lawn guy took on different opportunities. This owner is RIDICULOUSLY rude. Calling and asking a question will be unkindly rewarded by her speaking over you, not letting you speak, becoming defensive, and reminding you repeatedly how many lawns she takes care of. They cost us more money than we spent on their service. I can only warn people of their irresponsibility by not showing up on the days they’re supposed to, their lack of a courtesy call to make you aware, their awful customer service and representation, and their inability to be a stand up company who takes responsibility. I’m truly disappointed. You are warned
