I’ve been going to Eye Values for years and have never had a negative experience. Dr. Norris is fast and thorough. They are very accommodating, Cliff is the best, he explained that if i needed something repaired in an emergency even on Sunday to give him a call and he would come in to help.

I have been going to Eye Values since the opening in 1985. Every visit is a great experience. They have a warm and friendly staff. Plenty of frames to choose from. Drs are available all the time and are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They won’t sell you something you don’t need. I recommend them to all my colleagues, friends and family.

I was a pt at eye values five years ago and found them mediocre. I recently returned there because they were one of the few places that accept medicaid. I was told I could walk in and did so. They were about to take me in when I informed them I had recently received medicaid. At that point I was told that I needed an appointment. The young man said I could return in 2 hours for an appointment. The young lady rudely said no and went to the back to see the doctor. They came out soon after and informed me that I would have to return 4 days for next appointment. They scowled at me the whole time. I pointed out their walk in policy and the fact that everything changed as soon as I told them about medicaid. My family has been through a very rough year. As a medical professional for 25 years, I know that the medicaid reimbersments are low, but I also realized early on that our most important goal as professionals is to treat all pts the same. I felt degrated and humiliated by my treatment.
But thats ok because I went right across the street to Lindy eyecare, and was treated wonderfully by Dr Craig and the gang. Thats why Lindy eyecare was so busy I guess. They fit me in and took lots of time because I havent had an exam in so long. Do yourself a favor pass this place and go to Lindy eyecare!

was very disappointed with this place. I read the great reviews and it was the total opposite for me. They were very rude and did not try to help me at all. I ended up going to the Walmart vision center and was helped as soon as I walked in. I guess this place is not for everyone.

I love this place! The hours are great, especially because they’re open late on weekdays. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. The staff are so friendly, and they allow me plenty of time to try on frames. They’re willing to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses, and they also help me to understand exactly what your insurance covers. I would highly recommend this office!
Dr. Norris is very professional and thorough. I visit the office for a yearly eye exam, and I am always pleased with the time that he takes to complete the exam AND to make sure that I am completely satisfied.
Frames usually take a week to come in, and when they do, I always get a call from the staff. When I pick up my frames, the staff makes sure that they fit perfectly, and the doctor even comes to check that they fit just right. I would definitely recommend Eye Values Optical.

Myself and my family have been going here for at least 10 years and every time we go it is wonderful service. The eye exam is detailed and available at anytime. The frame choices are also wonderful varieties.

Long time customer here! Cliff and co are always so helpful, this is the only place I will ever get glasses. I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments, and sometimes have just popped in when I’m in the area and received the same level of service. Dr. Norris is awesome as well, he is professional and extremely thorough. There is a great selection of frames and an attentive staff who help pick selections based on face shape and personal style. They definitely want you to be happy with your frames! Truly a wonderful place to receive personalized service and a refreshing alternative to corporately owned franchises.
