As a new homeowner, I wanted my chimney to be cleaned before we used the fireplace. Two men showed up yesterday, explained to me how to use the fireplace, gave it a cleaning, and they also took a look at other vents I have in the house to see if they needed to be cleaned. They seemed knowledgable answering all of my questions and I will be calling them again when we are ready to clean other vents/​ducts in our home. Good service. Thanks!

Paul just finished my whole house cleaning. I am SO glad I went to Wellduct rather than calling Sears or that other guy from the clipper magazine that claims to charge only $ 50 to do the whole house. My vents are shining, my ducts are clean and my air is fresh. Best of all, I am happy because the price quoted coming in was the price I paid going out. There was no attempt to upsell, and the whole transaction left me feeling like a satisfied customer. I asked when I should reschedule another service and Paul gave me an honest answer of 5 – 10 years for the ducts, and yearly for the dryer exhaust (it was that bad!)
I highly recommend this service! I wish all contractors worked this way!

I used Wellduct because of the amazing reviews on Unilocal and sure enough… 5 stars!
Paul came to my place on time and started it right away. He began cleaning by taking the whole HVAC blower out and cleaned each blade thoroughly. Then he cleaned One Main Line and one returned line. He also cleaned 6 of my supply vents (they weren’t that dirty). I had the chance to see before and after, it was amazing to see how much dust was collected from years of not cleaning.
Even though it was a bit pricier than other companies, but I think Paul is definitely worth it.
He also took the time to clean the dryer vent, but I guess my dryer is pretty good at doing its job, there weren’t much lint in that vent.
Would use him again.

Paul was a pro from start to finish, and reasonably priced with the $ 100 for $ 250 deal they were running. He did the internal house ducts and as much of the HVAC blower system he could get to, with top notch equipment. He walked me through each step of the process, and even threw in a sanitization rinse for free. He cleaned about 3 pounds of lint out of our dryer vent pipe, even with a funny configuration.
He wore shoe covers and left the place cleaner than he found it. Highly recommended.

Writing in a much delayed and owed review for Paul because I lost his business card and am so glad I found it today.
Paul has very good knowledge and is happy to share it with customers like me. He took time to educate me on what I needed to get done & what is his process… He fixed a few things around the furnace & overall did and excellent job of cleaning the duct work.
Very happy with his services and not to forget he is very FAIRLY PRICED too.

I had previous experience with another firm that tried to parlay a simple chimney cleaning call into $ 12,000 worth (or not worth) of reconstruction work. Disgusted, I waited a couple of years to try again to get it done. Inspired by an Amazon Local coupon, I took a chance on WellDuct and I’m very glad I did.
Paul arrived on time, checked out the fireplace and prepared to work. He gave me a little bit of the hard sell on the chimney cap, but that’s OK because I really needed one. So he cleaned the chimney and installed the cap. The charge was well within reason and as bargained for. The man was very pleasant and personable.
No complaints whatsoever. The man was honest and reliable and I would contract with him again in a heartbeat.

Paul cam to my home to review and recommend what my home needed. He was on time, professional, gave me an estimate, did what he promised. He waited while. I Went to the local hardware store so I could replace the filters while he was there.
He was immaculate n his work, protected his shoes from putting dirt on my floors and furniture.
Was so respectful f keeping his work area clean.
He cleaned all ducts, and the dryer. I would only use him in the future
