So this place reminds me of another version of Michael’s, but with things perpetually on sale, and the never ending shortage of coupons. You home for not only your crafting needs, but for all your holiday decorating as well. I’ve picked up a leprechaun bendable plush greeter for $ 20, St. Patrick’s Day lights, garland, and an adult coloring book all in the same visit! Sadly, to visit here only on your half hour lunch hour, isn’t really long enough to roam freely.
One star removed because I’ve waited unnecessarily long in line when there was only one person on register. Really? Despite the fact, this wouldn’t be enough to take me away from coming back here to shop.

This location was pretty big and had a great selection of everything it really made me miss the location in Staten ISland and it’s awesome outlet prices. The prices weren’t too bad though. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the adorable cashier who was so patient and helpful.

I had a one-​of-​a-​kind, signed and numbered concert tour poster framed here. When I came to pick it up, it was in the frame backwards. They preceded to tear the back of the frame open in front of me to say they will flip it over. Upon doing that, I saw mounting tape covering a portion of the art. They tell me they will fix it. 3 weeks later, I had to call them myself to check on the status. I was told it would be in next week. It was, and obviously damaged from where the mounting tape was. They don’t know what to do, and I’m told the store’s manager was on vacation and he will get back to me next week. 2 weeks go by, and I’m told nothing. I visit the store to check the status again. Again, I’m told the manager isn’t there and he will call me. He does the next day with not much explanation as to what we are going to do, other than that they are looking for a replacement, which they eventually did. That is the only good part of the story. They messed up my poster, said they fixed it, when they didn’t, and the customer service was absolutely abysmal. Not only will I never have another one of my concert posters framed here from my collection of 40+, but I will never set foot in that store for anything ever again.

It’s the only store where i can locally get my oil paints, canvas, and i can even get fabric from there, AAAAAAND! they take coupons from your smart phone! ^_^
Only down side is that you can only use one coupon per day.
