Took more than an hour to get even one of our orders. Waitress said there’s only one cook and we noticed that a group who came after us got their order first. That was about our 4th time here, waiting time is a real problem. This is the last time we’re coming back here. One star went up to 2 stars, manager came to apologize and gave an order on the house. Ribs were a Lil too well done, dry and a little charred.

I’m gonna go easy on my review here… but let me just tell you this — I WOULDN’T EATHEREIFITWASTHELASTPLACE0NEARTHWITHFOOD. I’d rather starve than ever go to this restaurant ever again! Service sucks! Presentation sucks! Food sucks! Prices suck! Management sucks! Food is nothing as described!

I’ve only been to this Ruby Tuesday restaurant thus far. It is located in the Lincolnwood Towne Center mall so there is large parking lot which does get crowded during the weekends. There is a host/hostess which greets and seats you promptly. They have very attentive and nice staff. Most of the appetizers have a spicy ingredient but I still love their Southwestern Spring Rolls. I tend to order their delicious Herb-crusted Tilipia entrée faithfully with one of the two sides being their unique Sweet Snap Peas. They have three ribs entrees to select and they are well-prepared. I’m not impressed with their Salad Bar. You can go with a friend or with a group of friends. You may hear some loud noises echoing from the mall area.

Standard Ruby Tuesday food, but the service is mediocre at best, went a few weeks ago and just had salad bar and an appetizer with my better half. Ordered a beer and had a water, could not even get my water refilled without going to the bar and asking the bartender. Never even ot the chance to order another beer. If it wasn’t for the salad bar I do not think I’d be back.

It’s just like a chain restaurant you find in mall parking lots all over. It’s pretty good but not great. I like places like this sometimes because I don’t have to worry about walking in and feeling out of place. It might not be a place for a special celebration but when you need to pick something up at the mall and want to grab a quick burger it is just fine. The decorations seem a little dated but I don’t care much about that. I had a steak that was a little small but it was pretty good. They also weren’t afraid to cook it medium rare which was nice. The mashed cauliflower was good for a side and the portion was good sized. It was not that expensive. I also like that they are not usually busy so I can get in and get out pretty quick if I’m in a hurry. The waitresses aren’t pros but they try hard I think. I’m not that classy either so I don’t have a problem with this place sometimes.

Me and my girlfriend we came here for the second time, and it was not as good as the first experience. Food is ok, the homemade lemon aides were super sour and made the whole tables faces pucker, the salad bar is super small and not many choices. The service was so-so, we asked for the queso and chips and the server said they don’t have anything like that but I pointed it out on the menu and he was like«oh ya, I forgot that».

The food was good, but they were out of the appetizer we originally wanted to order. When they finally brought our appetizer it was the wrong thing. My friend ordered a 7 oz steak medium rare, but when they brought it out, it had been well overcooked. Even with this mix ups, the food was still really good. Keep in mind this was on Valentine’s day and the place was packed so its understandable how they could have ran out of different items.

Ruby Tuesdays is good eats! While my Kohls experience at this mall left something to be desired, Ruby Tuesdays was good if not humorous. We were served pretty quickly, they had a nicely maintained salad bar, and we had a waitress who talked about drinking heavy last night and coming to work on a hangover, after basically forgetting to ask us for our ID’s when we ordered alcohol. I don’t take offense to that, it’s not like«oh, she thinks I’m old!» but I actually have worked as a secret shopper before and know that people can get themselves fired for not asking for ID’s when you order liquor. So, maybe she was a bit more hungover than stated to us, even if it was around 5pm, haha. So the White Wine Sangria here, is really great. Really good, if a bit overpriced. Food is also good, but portions seem to vary widely. For my meal vs my fiancees meal, I think we could have switched in terms of size. The BBQ chicken breast with garlic mashed potatoes were really good, actually. Mini veggie burgers were good enough for my veggie fiancée, so that’s a good sign.

My husband and I love Ruby Tuesday. I know we live in Chicago and are required by cool kid law to eat in non-chain restaurants but this place makes us happy! We go for the salad bar which is always fresh and delciious. I love the pasta salad with ham and peas, the edaname, fresh greens and yummy cheeses. Never had a bad burger here. They know how to control the temp-if you order medium, you get a good medium. And the fries. Endless fries. They will keep bringing you fries. And they have garlic mayo. Those fries with garlic mayo are amazing. I mostly ate fries and salad and brought my burger home for lunch the next day. It heated up nicely in the toaster oven with you guessed it, the fries! My favorite deal is the 2 mini burgers, endless fries and salad bar for something like ten dollars. A great value. If you sign up for the e-mail list they send you a coupon for a free burger during your birthday!

This was my first Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant experience. The hostess who seated us was really nice. The server we had was even nicer, which is why I almost feel bad giving just three stars. The salad bar selection was plenty and most of it was really good. I especially liked their apple salad w/yogurt glaze & cranberries… YUM. I liked their cesar salad and the dressing is just the way I like it. I had a few bites of the Southwestern Spring Rolls appetizer. Our server had warned us it was«hot» but it really wasn’t lol. Then I had ordered the chicken piccata… expecting it to be chicken piccata… but alas, it was more like chicken alfredo… with breaded chicken… That was just weird. I’d come back here for the salad bar definitely, but I think I’d have to try something else as the entrée.

Really, the only unique aspect of Ruby Tuesday is the salad bar, and the salad bar is great! They have good salad bar lunch combos(that you can order all day) which make an affordable, tasty and relatively healthy meal. Combo options include quiche, soup, and I think mini burgers. Go for the salad bar. Everything else is mediocre chain restaurant food.

I am really sorry Ruby Tuesday, but you really underwhelmed me to the point of falling asleep, except the cold draft blowing in at me kept me awake. Started out with artichoke dip and it was OK. I have had better and I have had worse. For the main course, I had the bison burger. It was also just OK, nothing to get really excited about. Our server was ultra-underwhelming. As the meal wore on, she seemed to leave for longer periods of time at a crack. She really did not seem friendly at all and she acted like she was just going through the motions that night. Well I am sure that I will be back as it wasn’t a completely horrible experience but I am not going out of my way to come back here.

Ruby Tuesday’s has ups and downs, some years the menu was awesome and others it’s been boring and plain. I feel the same way about the service they keep. This is a good location for after work drinks, if you work in the area(that is) Not ideal for a date, however maybe an elementary school child or high school aged kid could get away with it. With the setup of the restaurant the views are open so people would be in your business. IE., families with kids that are riotous, there is only one area which is a bit secluded which is next to the washrooms, there your kid can be crazy and not disturb other customers. LoL, that sounds bad, but, I found myself in that situation. We got alot less looks sitting back there. Once they started seating more families with young-ins, I knew we were safe from stares and glares. On this most recent trip the food was boring. Different burgers and someone had pasta. Everything was just average. I remember a few years back having dinner at the Old Orchard location and it was a really good meal. Gone are those days. Also the salad bar here differs greatly from other locations I’ve been to, just wasn’t as fresh. Service was average, a little forgetful, but since we had kids with us, they were willing to work with us. Desserts were the best part, all of them were finished off. Mainly because we didn’t finish our meals.

My husband and I went not too long ago. I have to say the food was decent but nothing to spectatcular. The service was ok it could’ve been a whole lot better! I would consider going there if I wanted to get a quick meal, but not for a date or something.

My sister thinks I’m nuts, but I really believe that Ruby Tuesday’s veggie burger is one of the best in the city. The texture and flavor are really exceptional. For the most part, the food is good(i.e. the soups). However, the service is hit and miss and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The salad bar area is always quite messy, no matter if it’s a busy Saturday night or a slow Wednesday lunch. For these reasons, I can only give it three stars.

those five stars were for the most delicious burgers. I had also tried the buffalo chicken wings which were also very good I think that it was a little pricy

This is a really nice place. The food is great(I had a couple of their salads, and hamburgers), and the staff there is friendly. Granted, many of the items in their menu are not considered«Healthy», but I guess that’s not really expected. RT’s is the best place to eat in the mall. I beats the places around it as well(like oliver garden + red lobster).

We were so starving tonight for something good so I remembered how good their burgers looked on tv so we went to Ruby Tuesday! Our server Charles, was really nice and friendly. My daughter and I had the Broccoli and Cheese soup to start, which was by far the best I’ve ever had and my hubby enjoyed a salad from the tasty looking salad bar. Then my hubby and I had the crab cake appetizer which was so awesome — real crab meat and a spicy mayo type sauce on the side. Yum! For dinner we each had the triple prime burger, and although I was stuffed halfway in, I had to finish it! It had a really good garlic mayo spread as well. Oh, and all the drinks looked great but since I’m preggo I opted for the pomegranate lemonade — so good! Would be better with some vodka though, maybe in a few months!

Located inside the mall where there is obviously many other options at the giant food court. Call me wierd but I don’t want to hear screaming kids and watch gang bangers parade around while I eat. So we opted for this restaurant that was peaceful and had a very good salad bar. Anyone else I’ve mentioned this place to also said they got the salad bar so I don’t know how there reg. menu fairs.
