Worst staff in their entire fleet of stores. Their personal opinions outweigh corporate policies for returns.
Kristi is the best employee here — hopefully they can move her to another location. The rest of the staff is trash.
Visit Chicago Ridge, Harlem/​Irving, Rosemont if you want to be treated right.

Unfortunately this location is small and the items are from seasons before. I am a hot topic shopper from all over so this was one kind of falls short of «WHAT». The staff does try their best to accommodate but it is just too small and crowded for me to really shop. And the cut is I love Hot Topic, even at this age. But one must «feel it» in order to have fidelity in any shop I go in.
All in all, its nice but not big.
