I had soo much fun shopping here today! Ogi and Betsy were a complete treat! They treated me as if I was one of their girlfriends and gave me so much information regarding my needs as well as how to actually use the products to its best potential. Not only were they both really warm, welcoming and professional they also gave me enough room to gander around on my own. I was really impressed by their customer service as they were not only able to help me knock off 7 people from my christmas list but was also able to help me find something simple and on sale for me :) (All within my price range mind you!) This has literally been one of my most favorite shopping experiences with Bath and Body Works in long time out of ALL the shopping centers in Chicago. I live in the city, but because of their service and fun, genuine nature without being pushy, I will TRAVEL here again! It didn’t even feel like I was in a store. I was having a spa day!

This is regarding the store and not the products: greeter was lovely and helpful but when I asked the cashier, Tyler, to honor a 20% off mobile coupon and the Barcode didn’t work, he refused and offered absolutely no flexibility. He stated their wireless was terrible and he won’t offer a discount. I was spending a considerable amount of money in holiday gifts and I see this as poor customer service. I’ll shop another location in the future.

I have a cat. He’s a good cat– very cute, fuzzy, cuddly but not that *bright* and it is with the upmost affection I say that.
Thing is, my cat once set his tail of effing fire due to a candle. He was okay. I just about had a guilty, shameful, nervous breakdown.
I hate candles.
I do though like nice smells. Especially smells that are clean (not vanilla or cloyingly floral).
Lots of candles here but for those, like me with pets– there also many safer, smell options other than candles– oils, wax, sprays, plug in warmers– good alternatives that won’t harm the cat or burn down your home. It will make your home feel fresh, clean, bright!
Most importantly– Lots of pretty smells– a clean citrus basil or Meyer lemon and a clean cotton that smells of fresh laundry ahhhh…

This is for the store inside Lincolnwood Mall: If you see Sandy standing at the door, RUN LIKE THE DICKENS! Pushy, annoying, leeches on you from the minute you walk in, you are her new best friend, until she has to be told by a co-​worker to «back off the customers.» Comissioned sales or not, IT IS ANNOYING! Because of this horror, I will never shop at store 80 052 again or ANY other BBW. Online is the way to shop for me with BBW.

After reading about one of their fragrances, Forever Red, in an Allure article, I decided to check this store out. I hadn’t been here in AGES. All I can say is, HOLY COW! The selection was almost mind boggling! The sales associates were very helpful and friendly, as I’ve always experienced in all of their stores. There are so many new scents my mind was blown! Forever Red was as good as the article described!
I actually forgot how much I liked this store! With the hustle-​bustle of daily life, I don’t often go to the mall. I’m usually just shopping for the essentials. I need to stop in for often! These make great gifts! Also, online, it is really cool that you can find discontinued scents! I think they sort of cycle these in per season and offer them for a limited time and I found one (on sale for $ 6!) that I have been wanting for some time! Yay!

I love this store. It smells so yummy as you walk inside! And its laid out perfectly — well organized and clean. The sales people here are great, very informative but not too pushy. And what I especially like about this location is that they are outside of the mall, so you avoid the mall crowd whenever you go here!
