My friend got a restaurant .com coupon for this place. It’s new and we were excited to try it. It lived up to the hype for sure. It’s a wine bar with tapas. we sat at the bar and the bartender was great. He made recommendations, and was knowledgable about the food and wine choices. Throughout the meal he made sure Our drinks were full and we were happy. Always a good sign. We did a flight of wine. I had two whites and a red. They came with a skewer of Cheese and fruit. Such a pretty touch. It came with a glass for red and a glass for white. We had the charcuterie tray and it was pretty big. The food was fresh and tasty. We had chicken wings that were crisp and tasty also. Not very greasy as they flash fry them. We each had a flatbread. I had prosciutto and goat cheese. It was good but could have used more meat. For dessert I had beignets. They were deep friend doughnuts basically with some jam and honey. The food was really good and very filling. It was 75 $ for Two of us which is pretty reasonable since we had two appetizers. Two flatbreads. Two flights of wine. Two deserts. A coffee. And another glass of wine. This would be a great girls night out or date night for sure. I look forward to going again.

Just had our first visit and it was awesome. From the drinks, food and service it couldn’t have been any better. We had the Tastings sour and Cucumber martini for drinks. Both were very refreshing and wonderful. For food the wings and house flat bread were to die for. The service and atmosphere were top notch and made for a great night. They also carry many local wines and beers. If you are looking for a nice night out with great food and drink Tastings is the place to be. We can’t wait for our next visit.

The Husband and I met here last night(Tuesday) for an after-work drink. Our plan was one drink, then head home to make dinner. This place was great. We were quickly served, and the wine came with a grape, cheese block, and blackberry – very cool touch. We were served homemade sweet potato chips for a bar snack. That did it, I knew we had to eat something. It was tough to decide what to eat, they had great choices. We ended up staying for two drinks each and splitting a charcuterie plate. It was a great mix of cheeses and meats. My only suggestion to this would be another type of wheat or sesame cracker – but the homemade crackers were amazing(I just like a little more cracker with my cheese). It’s super cute and un-pretentious. The owner, John, was really nice and we struck up some conversation with him. He supports local businesses, which is a huge plus. You’ll find a good mix of the regular choices, but also Ravenous Coffee Milk Stout, Newport Storm beers, as well as wines from Purple Cat Vineyard and spirits from Sons of Liberty. Seriously, stop in for a drink. Or two. Any day of the week. There were very few customers in there when we were there, so let’s fill this place up and make them successful. We’ll definitely be back.

Best food ever! Short review: 6⁄5 Food 6⁄5 Service 5⁄5 Atmosphere = 6⁄5 Rating!!! Long Review: I just finished having dinner with my boyfriend and we both loved it! We found this restaurant on New Year’s Eve, while trying to go to another restaurant. Today, we decided to give it a try. We sat down and were greeted by our server, John. He asked us about drinks. My boyfriend got a soda and I had a wine flight. I asked him to surprise me and I told him I preferred whites over reds. He brought me three delicious white wines. All were delicious and I was surprised at my favorite. I normally drink fruity, sweet wines, yet the sweet wine was not my favorite. Great picks John! For a small plate, we picked the goat cheese medallion. For the Picks & Bites, we were confused by the menu. When we asked John, he explained that each one was only $ 1!!! So we decided on getting 2 of each option, for a total of 10. THEYWEREAMAZING! My favorites in order were: Dutch, Fruit, Baby Pic, Roman and Wisconsin while my boyfriend’s favorites in order were: Baby Pic, Roman, Wisconsin, Dutch and Fruit. We have completely opposite tastes, yet we both agreed everything was yummy. The goat cheese medallion was warm and too die for! There was ample goat cheese that we found ourselves going back for more and more for each bite! After we finished, we both ordered our top two favorite picks & bites to savor the delicious treats again! We also got two shots of the shortcake! When the shortcakes arrived, I was shocked! Two mini martini glasses filled to the brim with fruit, whipped cream and shortbread! The fruit was sweet and tasty, while the shortcake was warm and amazingly delicious. There were some extra fruit bites and a piece of fruity cheese to add flavor. Towards the end of our meal, John brought me two samplings of white wines! DELICIOUS! My boyfriend couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved the food and the atmosphere. It was peaceful and beautiful. During a conversation with John, who is also the owner, we discovered that they would be hosting local artists’ work in the restaurant. I cannot wait to go back! My bill was about $ 35 for a wine flight, 13 picks & bites, 1 soda and 2 shortcake shots. Great pricing, delicious food, friendly service and a peaceful environment. Tastings deserves a 6⁄5!!! Thank you John for a great experience!
