Had an issue with an iPhone we were shipped as an insurance replacement. Took the phone to the Simply Mac store per advice from a Verizon employee. Our experience at the Simply Mac store was excellent — staff was helpful, attentive, and quick to resolve our issue. We walked out of the store in less than 30 minutes with a brand new iPhone. Awesome service and experience overall!

Took me coming in twice but they were able to swap out my phone and save me a trip to Omaha. The staff was very friendly and great to work with!

Worst customer service experience. The tech that helped me seemed clueless of what to do and seemed uninterested in helping me solve my phone issues. The way he was checking out my phone made me feel like he was making sure my phone wasn’t a knock-off or fake. I ending up just driving the extra hour to an actual apple store to get my phone fixed.

I wouldn’t go back here if they were the last computer store on earth. My computer was acting up, so I took it in. I wasn’t impressed from the get-go because when I asked questions they answered in a very condescending tone, as if I was stupid. They said they fixed it, so I took it home. As soon as I tried using it again, nothing had changed! It was still inoperable. I took it back and wanted to know what was going on, and a different person said my computer was beyond repair. Frustrated, I asked why they said they could«repair» it the first time around, and he just gave me attitude and flimsy excuses while rolling his eyes. On top of it all, THEYWOULDNOTREFUNDMEFORTHE«REPAIRSERVICE» THATLITERALLYDIDNOTHING. I have never left a store so furious. I now understand why there is never anyone in the store when I walk by.
