Thank you optical department for being so accommodating and pleasant! I was on vacation visiting Lincoln when my glasses broke. I needed a new pair immediately. I always get my glasses from Sams Club back home in Chicago so I figure Id try the one in Lincoln. Call Sam’s clubs are uniform which makes it easier as a consumer. I got my glasses with no problem and even mailed it to my home free of charge. Their lenses are affordable and good quality. They have a variety of frames that are durable and namebrand. I have fairly poor vision so it’s important to have quality glasses. The optometrist also had a great bedside manner and knew her stuff.

They don’t make any more good pizza in this location.

Great location and easy to find! There is a large variety of products in this location! I always get my coffee k cups here, so much cheaper than in the grocery stores. Also your non-perishables like paper products. You have to be careful though some things are not as good of a deal in bulk! Watch their flyers/monthly adds sometimes you can get their products on even better sales! Overall this is a great Sams’s Club with nice staff and it’s pretty well kept!

Actually surprised it’s been years since I have been in a Sams Club Maybe I am kind of jaded because I am from out of town and this isn’t Costco. But first impression the store is really clean and seems to be fairly well organized. Just not really situated like it should be its sort of random with no real flow Testers are in an area that look like they are almost hiding even though they are not and thank goodness they are not busy because whey they are they would completely be in the way But amongst all the store folks are very nice and it’s easy to pick up on that they are overworked and underpaid while 2 managers were trying to look busy when they should have been up front helping open another register or two

First of all, let me say that I am a fan of Sam’s Club and have been a member for over 20 years. That said, the issue with«membership warehouses» is that they save money by not offering all of the services that a «shopping mall» retailer might, and they pass along the savings to you. So, at my Sam’s and most that I have been to, good luck finding someone to help you. In the few instances that I have found someone to help me, they have been generally helpful and pleasant. One time, I asked them for a certain size in a shoe and they checked their computer and found that they had one on the pallet and sent the fork lift to go get it. THAT is good customer service. But by and large, in the general course of the day, they don’t offer much in the way of customer service. Their bakery is awesome, and I have purchased 4 or 5 sets of tires there. Sadly, they don’t offer appointments so it is first come first served and prepare to wait for a while. While their selection is sometimes thin, what they do offer is generally fairly high quality. One of my «gripes» is the prices of their«new release» movies. They are far more expensive than their sister store Walmart. Usually they are $ 19.99 when Walmart has the same movie for $ 13.99.

This is a pretty nice store, the employees have always been very helpful, the prices good. They keep the store up fairly well, most«warehouse» stores I have been too are usually trashed, especially on weekends but not this one. I am also loving what they are doing with the remodel!
