Papa John’s Pizza

Order pizza from here and it was fairly late. But, the pizza was delicious and everything was correct.

It is rare I give a one star review, especially for a place whose food I love, but today’s service warrants it. After ordering online, within minutes, I get a call saying that my order will be a little late because the delivery guy had three orders to deliver before mine. I had stepped out so they left a message. OK — I understand how that goes sometime. But after waiting an hour, still no pizza arrived. When I called the store to find out where it was, they said the delivery guy was on his way, and it would be «just another 10 or 15 minutes.» Very frustrating, because I may not even be here when it arrives as I have a meeting to go to. (Obviously I’m still waiting as I write this.) Other than saying they were sorry and only one delivery guy on in the afternoons, no real effort to make this right. With service like this, I really may not order again, as I can’t always wait 1:15 plus to get my order. 78 minutes and still waiting.

Nothing amazing but my favorite fast food/​delivery pizza. I would still pick Mellow Mushroom, or Old Chicago over Papa John’s but still better than Pizza Hut, Valentino’s, Pizza Hut, Godfather’s and Domino’s.

This place is the pits, This is bread with tomato sauce smeared on it. Terrible. Yuk!

I love PJ’s! This is the best pizza in town! Very fast, and the prices are the most reasonable for pizza! Thanks for the great food.
