I really love the burritos here! But I have gone there several times when their doors are not open during posted business hours which is extremely irritating. Their open sign is rarely on even when they are actually open. And some nights I will go in at least an hour before and they will try and tell me they are out of things like guacamole and sour cream which is telling me that you just don’t want to do your job. Just seems like they aren’t really caring about getting business which is disappointing for the people who like their products better than Chipotle which is in the same neighborhood.

Soo much better than Qdoba. I always stop by this Pancheros when I’m in Lincoln. Since they all closed in Omaha this is our nearest one. I love how they make all their tortas from scratch made to order. Also their ingredients taste so much more fresh than their competitors.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant at least four times. Every time I enter the tables are dirty, floor uncleaned, and servers and indifferent. If they can’t clean they restaurant god knows what the kitchen is like. It’s disturbing start to any culinary experience walking into a sloppy mess. It’s a total copy of Chipolte but without the large team of servers so service is slow and not very hospitable to say the least. The set up is typical with rice bowl’s, taco’s or burrito’s for meal options. The taco meal only comes with 2 taco’s which is meager to put it politely. About four mouthfuls per taco. The serving sizes are pathetic. The actual meat is fair but the selection of toppings are limited. To add insult to injury the cost for the food is expensive and on par with it’s obvious rival Chipolte. As a family we have collectively decided we are not going to eat here anymore. I’m not going to give my money to an institution that could careless for cleanliness or its patrons. It’s never every busy and will probably not last long, buck up Panchero’s!

Although I thought this place was great when I first tried it, loved the tortillas, but the ingredients they put on my dish are consistently meager and I’m tired of asking for one more scoop of this or that(even if it’s the corn relish or picante sauce). They covered the bottom of a take-home bowl with 5 or 6 heaping scoops of rice, but only 2 level scoops of beans or meat. Tonight they said«sure we can add more, but it’ll cost extra.» So a $ 6.25 bowl came to a little over $ 9.00, without a drink added. To me they’re Chipolte wanna-bes. Probably because the franchise owner can’t buy a big new truck, he/she decided to rip off the customers by being super skimpy on the ingredients, but charging Chipolte’s prices.(BTW, the queso is the same canned cheese sauce you can get anywhere else. The place feels cold and unfriendly, just as other comments suggest).

I went here earlier today for my return visit. The place was just as a remembered it. The décor is the first thing you notice as you walk in the door. They definitely have the Tex-Mex theme down well. The base colors are yellow and lime green. There’s also some artwork and sculptures on the wall that fit well into the theme. I like the variation of seating arrangements. You can sit in a more intimate booth area, a public booth area, a high table, a traditional table and chairs, and even outside(weather permitting, of course). The food… well that’s the reason you stopped in, of course. They advertise freshly pressed tortillas, and they deliver. In fact, they press the tortilla out of a ball of dough and cook it on a skillet… RIGHTINFRONTOFYOU. Bet you’ve never seen that before! Not even competitor Qdoba down the street does that. They do something else unique: mix all the ingredients together at the last step. I think this saves you from digging through layers and helps balance the ingredients’ flavors. Other than that, yeah, it is another entry into the«burrito restaurant» arena. But I think the little touches edge this place out. Besides, you can only reinvent the wheel so many times before it starts looking the same. However, this place doesn’t seem very kid friendly. More specifically I mean with their menu. The first time I came here was with my son. He only likes cheese burritos, so he didn’t want any of the ingredients. Man did that screw the employees’ world up. I believe they may have offered to cut it up to make it smaller, but they still charged me full price. Seems a small complaint, but when he’s with me 90% of the time I have to think of him too. Bottom line: It’s another entry into the burrito restaurant area, but with a Tex-Mex vibe. Sure you can get this somewhere else in town, but you’re going to pay just as much. So why not have some atmosphere with your meal?

Best tortillas in town. This place is fast, good and consistent. The queso is something my husband gets excited about every time! Very clean bathrooms.

Clean but not very tasty. It’s just like every other burrito shop. To pricey too for what you get. Will not go back to this place.
