Staff is helpful, prices could be better for what you get.
I’m a student living in a studio here for $ 530 a month. This is okay given that it’s a secure, well-​maintained property. However, after electricity and internet the expense becomes pretty heavy. At the time of writing, I recently got a notice that water is going to be charged with the rent each month now too. Maybe I’ve been spoiled but it seems to me that most apartments cover at least garbage and water (trash is covered here, FYI).
I have a garage for the winter, which is an additional $ 65 a month.
Overall, decent quality but expensive for one person.
