The food is nice, the beer is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The patio area is really nice for a beer after work.

Don’t believe the hype I came here 6 years ago for the first time and it was phenomenal. Well several managers later and several years later this place had gone downhill. Management was horrible the last time I was there and the food was just really disappointing. This is one place that I will never go back to and I don’t recommend it.

Just okay. Steak salad was small, all the dressing was at the bottom and the plate was awkward to eat salad off, the salad kept falling off the plate. Husband’s pulled pork was almost cold.

What a cute place. We were seated next to the fire place and it was very romantic. We ordered a beer flight so we could try a little bit of all of them. I suggest sharing one between two people or expect to be a little tipsy before your food even arrives. I really enjoyed the French onion soup. The crab dip appetizer was just average, I would probably be a little more advent our next time. Service was great and even though it’s a fancier feeling restaurant prices are pretty reasonable

I ordered the backdraft brisket and I wish you could have seen how it looked like when it came out. It was horrible! I had a plate where there’s juice? sliding around my plate and a slab of BBQ sauce where I didn’t see a single slice of brisket. When I ordered brisket, I expected slices of beef. What I had was a bunch of little chunks of shredded beef and fat under some BBQ sauce. I’m sorry, but NO restaurant should ever hire a chef that think that is presentable. I told the server that it was like pulled pork but with beef and if they were out of brisket, I can order somethings else. The server kindly got me a new plate of brisket. Brisket was very dry, but the sauce was good pairing. 3 star because of their kind service and ok brisket in the end.

Go for the atmosphere, friendly service, and exceptional beverages. The food is less than impressive, at least going by the taco platter.

We ate at Fireworks on 9−30−15 for diner. The service was great as always and the beer was especially tasty as well. Every time we visit Fireworks we get great service and delicious food. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Fireworks if you haven’t been there before.

The atmosphere was great and it is similar to Lazlo’s but a little more upscale. They offer a variety of steaks, sandwiches, burgers, salads and a few other entrees. The beer was good. I had a burger and it was good but not great. It fell apart and made it very difficult to eat. The baked potato and corn bread were great. My girlfriend had the barbecue brisket. It was tender and pretty good in her opinion. They offer large servings so you’ll have plenty to eat. I’d recommend.

We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago during our trip out to the area. We were with a group of 8 most of whom had been there at least once. The décor was nice and more of a smoekhouse type of feel. The service was very good. I had the Roasted Chicken Penang. This was a different twist on one the rotisserie chicken offerings. it was smothered in a sweet and spicy Thai curry sauce, with fresh basil and crushed peanuts and it came witha choice of two sides. It was very good and all of the listed flavors came through but none were overpwering and it was not spicy hot to me. I had mine with a loaded baked potato and clow slaw both of which were very good especially the slaw. Everyone else in the party went for burgers or salads. The comments were all posative and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. If you are looking for a casual and inexpensive night out this is a good place with a large menu so everyone should be able to find something good to eat. I would come back and explore some of the steak and other items as for me there are many appealing choices.

We’ve been once so far and it didn’t start off the best because nobody greeted us at the table for at least 10 minutes. I got up and let the host know and within seconds someone was at the table, so no big deal. The food was pretty good too. I had the vegetarian burger and although it sort of fell apart under the pressure of squeezing the bun, it was pretty good. The kids all really liked their food as well and toward the end of the meal the manager came out and told us it was on them since we had to wait for service. Did not see that coming. So for that reason, we will for sure be back. They really took care of us — overdid it even — and the food was good too.

The fish tacos my husband had were very flavorful, spicy just right. My brisket was so tender and not fatty. The mac and cheese so creamy. And the wedge salad so fresh.

I met a couple of business colleagues in the bar on a Monday at 5:30pm. Very few people in the place. After a short time we were asked to leave because someone ‘complained’ we were ‘too loud’. Having been in the restaurant many times over the last 8 years, we have never been treated so poorly. We will never return.

A reliable standard for us and I should have reviewed before. We’ve been probably 8 times in the last 2 years. Very dependable. Solid service. Food is good to very good. The rotisserie chicken dishes(especially the panang) are so good I’m now stuck and never order anything else. And I *never* order chicken in restaurants. Kids like it, wine choices are okay(and all drinks are probably too expensive by a click) and it’s close to home. Underrated pizzas.

One of my favorite restaurants in Lincoln. The service is great and never had a problem with it when I’m there. If you ever order the Caesar salad, I suggest asking for the dressing on the side. They really drench the salad with the dressing and it makes it overpowering to eat.(For me at least) I had the chicken enchiladas with lime rice and roasted red potatoes to replace the pinto beans. The enchiladas had a nice kick to it because of the drizzle of bbq sauce on top. Overall, I recommend this place for a try!

My wife and I come here often and enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service. They have the same owners as Lazlo’s so they understand what people want and that is consistency on their entrees and they achieve that and then some. We also do take out quite often and it is always done right. Their pizzas are some of the best in the city and they vary the menu so there is always something different to choose from on this end.

Fireworks has a great ambiance and is generally less busy than its cousin Lazlos(owned by the same people and have a very similar menu.) I always get the Thai Chicken pizza(without the chicken of course) and it is simply delicious. They can be vegetarian friendly with most of their dishes if you ask, but aren’t good about substituting other items and don’t have tofu. For example I always take off the meat, but they don’t have anything that I can put on instead and they charge me the same. The location is out of the way from most of the main drags, but if you have time to drive a little, it is worth a stop in.

I’m really sad that I have to put a bad review but the dinner my husband and I had at Fireworks was not as good as I expected. I’ve heard this place is good and pricey so we went here for our anniversary dinner early on a Sunday afternoon in order to beat the crowd. I ordered the rotisserie prime rib with gorgonzola cauliflower soup, broccoli and macaroni and cheese. My husband had the New York strip, smashed potatoes and almond rice. I ordered my prime rib rare and expected it to be as such, but it wasn’t. It was more like medium. But that I can look over, what I can’t look over is flavor or lack thereof. To me prime rib is easy to cut, buttery smooth with a nice flavor or juiciness. That’s why I paid $ 18 for it! Not this one. It was tough and very bland. I moved on to the macaroni and cheese, which my waitress said was to die for. It too was disappointing. My husband peered over and said, does that have cheese on it? Umm, if you dig maybe. I’ve ordered the broccoli a lot at their sister restaurant, Lazlo’s, and it’s slightly crunchy with great garlic buttery flavor. This was like flash blanched, too crunchy and I couldn’t taste butter or garlic. The best part of my meal was the gorgonzola cauliflower soup. It was hot, creamy, cheesy and even more tasty when I crumbled up some of the complimentary cornbread in it. I’ll have that again! My husband on the other hand said his food was good. The steak was well seasoned, cooked to his liking. He liked the smashed potatoes but wasn’t a big fan of the almond rice as he prefers his rice plain. We live pretty close to Fireworks so I’ll probably give it another try sometime. But the first impression was NOT impressive!

Oh man this place is sooo good! I had the chicken panang with steamed broccoli and coleslaw. Lemme tell ya, that coleslaw is AMAZING!!! The chicken was wonderful as well as the broccoli. That said, we had the crab cakes for an appetizer and was not disappointed but the quality doesn’t properly reflect the price. My gf had the chicken salad sandwich with the smashed potatoes and again a high five for the sides!!! Those smashes potatoes were excellent. All and all I will come back and recommend to friends!!!

The food was very average here and I’m being kind. Where is that wood cooked flavor? Where is any flavor? Service wasn’t great considering the restaurant was basically empty.

We were in here the other night for a group event and had a nice private room in the back to accommodate us all. The atmosphere was nice, low lit and I enjoyed the ambiance, the private room offered great seclusion for our outing as well. Service was great, our server was very friendly and always stayed on top of anything we needed. Additionally, anyone else we interacted with were also great. The menu has a nice selection and lots of options for people who are gluten intolerant. They have their own gluten free menu which is pretty extensive. We enjoyed the crab dip(gluten free!) which was amazing with these little wonton crisp things. My companions also said the calamari and pretzel appetizers they had were great. For dinner I had the 6 oz fillet, a baked potato, and a Caesar salad. The fillet was delicious and cooked to the perfect temperature, the potato was also very good. The Caesar salad was average and I was a little disappointed that they had put croutons in it despite my request so I had to stay away from that half of my salad. For dessert I enjoyed the crème brûlée which was very good. My companions all said their meals were good, although I did hear that the prime rib and rib eye steak were not as good as they were hoping for. Otherwise we were pleased. It is a little pricey but not bad for a steak house. I would definitely recommend coming by this place and giving it a try! I will certainly be dining here again.
