The tacos are my favorite but all the food is so good. Being from the southwestern part of the U.S. I am picky about Mexican food and the food here reminds me of home. Their food is always so flavorful and fresh. Always order the rice, it’s just made so perfectly!

This is straight from the boarder, if you’re looking for a Taco Bell type taco, go elsewhere. I had the recommended beef tripe tacos, very good but could of been a little more spicy. At least the salt wasn’t over done. Chips and fresh Salsa come with any meal. Also they bring a red and green sauce with the meal. They have all types of meat tacos under the sun including beef brains. Seating and service is very basic and located in the deli section. The place seemed very busy when I ate at 3pm. Many types of Mexican bottled soda is available. Wanted a cold Malta, but didn’t have any? They sell it in the store side? A full Mexican food menu is offered. Anyways the perfect cheap 1.50 street vendor style tacos. Well worth the drive. See the other reviews for thier dollar tacos.

Great neighborhood grocery store. Service is always helpful and friendly. Good selection in the meat counter, AA grade eggs, fresh tortillas, dairy, and fresh Mexican bakery treats.

So ever since discovering this place, I come often and food is usually consistent as far as tasting good.
I have also ordered a lot of meat from the butchers whom are always nice and friendly and their meat is the bomb!
The problem I have… like I said I come here a lot, like once a week give or take, and no one has ever acted like they seen me before in their life. Im always asked the same question when I order the same tacos… I understand I could have changed my mind so whatever. But the main complaint I have is, when I come in and I see one specific cook *who makes tacos like he doesnt give a shit* looking and talking with servers saying who knows what with some smirks on their faces kind of annoys me. Happened on more than one occasion. I am always patient when times are slow, never complain if the tacos arent as good as they were the last time, always pleasant if I must say so myself.
Just a word of advice, develop customer relationships, it is likely to increase a tip and continued business and dont start conversation good or bad to make your customer feel awkward!!!

Being a fairly new transplant to the southwest michigan area it has been hard to find a good carneceria and good street tacos. Being from Southern California they are everywhere. This place makes me feel a little at home. We found it by seaching on the Internet. It was fairly new our first visit and had the chance to speak with the new owner and had the opportunity to ask for some special requests. They have a little stove top where they make tacos which are extremely tasty if you go on the weekends you can get barbacoa and Carnitas which are phonomenal but you can only get them on the weekends but worth it. During the week they do taco Tuesday which they offer 1 dollar tacos and Wednesday they have 20 tacos for 20 dollars both great deals. As far as the Meat counter they offer many choices for a backyard bbq that will please just about any palate pork steak or chicken everyone will be pleased. If you get a chance give this place try you won’t walk away dussapointed.

We’ve only enjoyed the burritos and tacos but that was enough. They absolutely and obviously know what they are doing. Service is always exceptional and they always accommodate my request for guac. My husband and I are taco crazy and this place is one of the best.

A very enjoyable little Mexican market with a slew of items that are very tasty! Also I cannot forget to mention the tacos. the tacos are very good, and the quesadilla is good as well. The service is quick, and you will not leave disappointed.

I usually go straight to the counter for their chicharrones. They are delicious and when they come right out, they are nice and hot.
The meat in their showcase looks good (good, safe appearance), and the hot food menu sounds delicious. The produce looks good and the grocery area is kept clean.
Again, I’ve not shopped here, I just stop in for the chicharrones. But if I needed to shop here… I would!

My choice of cuisine usually never takes me to a Mexican restaurant. I lean towards Asian fair. To my surprise and my tastes buds’ delight, I am so happy that we went there, tonight. Los Arcos is a grocery store, butcher shop and a restaurant. The restaurant is predominantly take out but they do have tables inside, if you wish to dine there. If you dine in, your food is brought to your table.
We ordered 3 tacos asado (steak), 2 burritos, a tostado, 2 bottles of pop and a 1 lb of chicharones (pork rinds) for takeout. The bill was only $ 24. The burritos are very big. Expect to be full.
After dinner, I toured the butcher shop. A variety of offerings (Beef, poultry, pork and seafood. Also, choizo, taco meats and fajitas meat) with very reasonable prices. Finally, I walked through the grocery store. A good variety. They even sell Mexican baked goods.
Will I be going back. Certainly.

The food we ordered was great !!! It has lots of things to buy, see. People are nice.
