Zero customer service. The clerk was rude. I see they seem to have a reputation for this kind of behavior. It’s sad that management considers this acceptable.

I have never in my life been made to feel like more of an unwelcome inconvenience just for shopping at a store. No special questions, no special needs, just apparently not why the employees are there. The first employee seemed surprised that we would expect to be able to check out 5 minutes after a power flicker. The second employee was displeased that we would need fabric measured.
I am the kind of customer that does everything in their power to make the job people helping me as easy as possible. Apparently at this store as easy as possible means just leaving them alone. I will be doing so in the future. Back to shopping online where I am only bothering pixels.
