It was hot. I came here on a hot summer day for a nice air conditioned play area so I wouldn’t be sweating. Also bought a groupon that said 2 adults and 2 children. Since i only have one child they would not accept us to use it. Really! Not every family has 2 children. I can understand if i was trying to get 3 kids in with it. Unacceptable will not return.

It is a shame, since my kids love the jungle gym, that this place is such a dive. It is dirty. Really dirty. And a lot of attractions are in pretty lousy shape. The air conditioning is barely holding on. It is a super hot day, but c’mon, I shouldn’t be sweating buckets just sitting and my kids are so hot we’re headed out after being here a half hour :/ It is pretty cheap, but not worth it when the conditions are so rough that we can’t stay and play. We were the only ones here on a weekday afternoon, I guess everyone else has already figured out what a dump it is. Edited to add: I let the kids get a few tokens from the token machine on the way out. The machine spit out tokens that the games wouldn’t take and management wouldn’t give us new ones saying that those aren’t jungle wonder tokens.(Even though I got them from the machine in jungle wonder.) Never again.

Not very busy which was nice but had a difficult time getting service to use parts of the facilities. Air pressure in balladium wasn’t strong enough to hit any of the targets :(- bowling was cool for the kids but parents be very cautious… The benches are not connected to the floor and can EASILY tip. Glow in the dark golf was the best part. Nice concept, just extremely understaffed.

Always have fun here with my son! Clean facility and friendly staff. The pizza is good. It would be great for a bday party or a fun night or day out.

Came here with my 4 and 9 year old boys over the holiday break and both of my boys had fun and even I had an enjoying experience. Overall, the place was clean and the workers friendly. We arrived right as they opened, so not too many folks were there yet, which was sort of nice. We opted for 3 attraction tickets – the balladium, black light golf, and the jungle gym/moon bounce area. We went to each attraction, but a ticket was never checked. Not sure if it’s just the honor system or they weren’t really checking on this particular day since it wasn’t overly crowded. They have a huge(up to 4-levels) jungle gym area with tubes, slides, etc. to play in. The moon bounce was just OK – sort of a small area. The black light golf was pretty basic(9-holes) and not much of a challenge. The balladium was the most fun and my kids wanted to go back and do that again. Instead, we opted to purchase two more attractions – the bowling and the laser tag. The bowling is really just meant for kids as small balls are used and all the pins are actually attached to strings and bumper guards are up. Laser tag was fun with quite a few places to hide. We did not have any food here, so can’t comment on that. Before leaving, I spent $ 10 in arcades, where the kids earned some tickets that they could exchange for more junk they really don’t need, but they were happy, and that’s all that matters. All in all, a fun time for the kids and would certainly return in the future.

I’m really sad to say this place has gone down hill. The games are impossible to win tickets and the prizes cost way to much for what you can win. If you come her don’t play games. Only thing this place is good for its the indoor jungle gym.

Came for a fundraiser. Pros: clean restrooms and overall facility. Out 3 ½ year old enjoyed the bounce, jungle maze obstacle course, and the air hockey tables. Everything else was just ok. Not too special. The food was typical fast food fair, but I would rather you eat before or after the visit. Your child can redeem tickets for prizes, but the prizes are really not worth the money. Go for the hours of entertainment. Be ready to spent money on anything beyond the bounce, jungle maze and mini golf.

The kids working the desk were friendly and helpful, other than that the place is oddly laid out with a poor and worn out game selection. I’d recommend the near by bowling alley or drive a little farther and check out Arnold’s in Oaks.

Our 3 and 4 yr old boys love this place. But the owner is extremely rude. When he’s working the desk, don’t bother asking him for anything. He’ll just continue to talk on the phone, give you an attitude, and simply ignore you. His employees are great if they are working. And he refuses to turn the AC on when we were there in the afternoon by ourselves with one other family.
