My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle to find a home in Lima. We were new to the area and had fairly specific criteria and a small window of time to work with, so our house search could have proved challenging. However, working with Kyle made the process fun, easy and efficient. From the beginning it was obvious that he had our best interests in mind; his goal was to find us the perfect home and he took every step necessary to do that.
Kyle educated us about the area, the housing market, and what to look for to find the best home for the money. He always responded quickly, no matter if we contacted him by telephone, text or email. Because he grew up in the area he had an in depth knowledge of all the neighborhoods we visited and was able to give us the pros and cons of each. He was honest with his opinion of each property but always let our needs dictate the search. Best of all, he made himself available to show properties any time we asked, even on very short notice. When it was all said and done, we began our house search, saw more than 10 properties, went through several offers & counter-​offers, and had our final offer accepted, all in the span of less than 2 weeks; and it was all made possible by his efficient and effective work with us.
We have absolutely nothing negative to say about Kyle and would recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a home anywhere in the Lima area.
