I am very surprised by the other reviews on this office. I have had a superb experience at this location and there warranty for glasses is excellent. I have had my daughters glasses replaced several times with only a minimal shipping fee.

Plan to take 4 hours for what should be a 1 hour visit. Good doctors and assistants. However, the administrative side is either completely unorganized or overlooking patients or both. This clearly demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the schedules of their patients. The ownership group must be reading these reviews and simply deciding to cram the schedules rather than providing a good experience for their customers. I suggest going somewhere else if you can.

Between myself and family have been here over 6 times. Competent staff but you will wait after check in for an hour or more. Thomas eye is focused on maximizing doctor ‘s time– not yours.

If I could give zero stars I would… more like thumbs down… these people make me come in at 8am and of course I am on to me for my 8 yr old to be seen and we have been waiting for an hour. Place looks clean and organized but staff and scheduling. Absolutely horrible. How do you expect to see patients if you don’t know how to run a schedule or properly schedule people. If the appt is at 8am then I want to be seen no later than 815⁄830. But to wait to be seen for am hour and then start the exam process is ridiculous. Unacceptable, this is not how you run a business. I was called at 9am to be seen and a wonderful technician by the name of William was very concerned for us and our wait and was sensitive to our concerns and very courteous and professional. Thank you William for making best of our ecperience.

I have been using the Thomas Eye group for several years. We usually wait a considerable amount of times. Unfortunately today we have been waiting over an hour and we have not been seen yet. Very disappointed the quality of service is declining. We may seek out another doctor.

If only I could I’ve 0 stars. Both the people at the front desk and the manager wanted to argue with me after I had spoken with corporate TWICE and I had been told that I just needed my insurance and group numbers. They would not assist me without an actual card when I could provide them with both proof of who I was and what my insurance was. I was ouright told that they did not care and that I should find another practice. Disgusting excuse for a doctors office.

It seems like this location has a serious problem with scheduling. Every single person in the waiting room was angry over the long wait times. The majority of them were new patients who swore they would never return. Those that were not new confirmed that the long waits were typical. Eventually this practice will be out of business because people won’t tolerate the three hour appointments(of which only 7 mins were with the doctor). I will never return and I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

My fiancé had an eye exam here a couple months ago. Upon entering, this place looked very clean and professional and loved the atmosphere. You sign in electronically and I don’t quite remember how long we waited but it prolly wasn’t that long since we had a morning appointment and there wasn’t much people in the waiting room anyway. When we got called up to see someone, the exam itself went smoothly. After his eyes got dilated, we went to this separate waiting room that was behind a huge fish tank. Now, I think the wait here was a little long and when we got called into another office, I believe the wait for the doctor was somewhat long too. I’m not entirely too sure but I do remember thinking those thoughts a couple times. Just not sure how long the actual wait was though. Anyways, after his eye exam was completely finished, we went to the optical department and the guy who worked there was very helpful and everything just went smooth. No bumps in the road. Maybe minor ones. I went back today to pick up some new lens I ordered my fiancé and I was in and out in 5 min. Only complaint today was that I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for a couple days but their lines are always busy. Other than that, I’m good.

Quite impressed with most everything… greeted by receptionist… asked to sign in using computer… was called back by Suki before I even sat down. Suki did an exceptional job of eye exam & reviewing personal health history. After dilation, was transfered to dimly lit room next to a huge peaceful fish tank.((Unfortunately, was occupied by a rambunctious vocal child)) After short wait time for dilation, relocated to another office where I waited 20 – 30 minutes for Dr Alan Brown. Not impressed with extended wait time, but found Dr Brown to be intently involved in my eye care. Very professional and not rushed. Asked if I had additional questions after exam – didn’t rush out of room like so many Docs. Thanks!

Im writing this review as I wait. I had an appointment at 10:00AM, I arrived at 9:35 just to be on the safe side I knew I was a little early however i would much rather be early rather than miss my appointment time. It is now 10:45AM and I am still in the waiting area. Not to mention the waiting area is packed and it seems like they are over booked and understaffed. When I arrived the receptionist did not acknowledge me but simply looked and me and then looked at the check in computers on either side of the desk, so I assumed I should just check in and find my place in the waiting area. I just got called back at 10:51 the MA did a short eye exam and now I am in another waiting room and of cores it’s packed. Now I wait for the doctor to see me. What is the point of making an appointment when you aren’t seen anywhere close to the time of your appointment. I finally got back to the room around 11:15. Dr.Cobb was AWESOME he was able to get my procedure done quickly I loved the doctor but the waiting times are awful.

Great staff, very friendly. The doctor was great as well, very thorough eye exam. My son had to see the pediatric specialist. Only downer is the wait time. We had a 3pm appointment time, showed up at 2:55, wasn’t seen until 3:45. Didn’t leave until. 5:00 pm. A bit of a long process for a kid.
