Love T-Mobile, HATE the customer service in this store location. The most often wordsI heard from the store personnel was«no, we can’t do that, and sorry»… I left in frustration and hooked up with online support and got everything fixed in less than two minutes AND they even apologized for the store personnel’s behavior!!!
