Love T-Mobile, HATE the customer service in this store location. The most often wordsI heard from the store personnel was «no, we can’t do that, and sorry»…
I left in frustration and hooked up with online support and got everything fixed in less than two minutes AND they even apologized for the store personnel’s behavior!!!
Save your time and avoid the headache — these people have no business working with the public. They give T-Mobile a bad name.
