To Piggy Back on what Chris A. said. Prestige Tint of Atlanta is crap! To begin with I called, emailed, and left a message from the website in order to make an appt. which took almost a week and a half for them to respond. I was given an appt. for 10 am on Jan 7^th. On that day I put the address that was on the Groupon and email confirmation, low and behold the address didn’t pull up in my gps.
So I went online and find another address on Unilocal.I drove 40 mins to Lilburn only to find out that the «place» didn’t exist. I called the number about 5 times, no answer. I stopped and asked around at businesses located on the same road and everyone looked at me like I was crazy stating, «I have never heard or seen that place before». I looked around at the local shops and all there were was body repair shops and car washes…
If Prestige Tint is really only a «one man shop» then how the hell did Groupon ok this and go ahead with a fake «business» when its really only one person. I should have just made a Groupon for my non-​existent business too!

If there were «0» stars, that is the rating I would give this guy. Dean is his name, and he is currently operating out of a used car clean up shop by the name of Autorama. The guys at Autorama were very helpful and tried to help me get an appointment with Dean, but to no avail.
I purchased a Groupon for window tint… when I called AND emailed for my appt, I got zero response from Dean (who is evidently the «one man band» owner of Prestige Tint. I called Groupon to complain, and got an email from Dean within 1 day telling me when he could tint my vehicle. We agreed on a date and time… I drove 40 minutes to get to Lilburn from my place in Roswell, and Dean pulled a «no show». So… I called Groupon again to complain… this time, Dean calls me within 30 minutes apologizing profusely (and using every excuse in the book)…then sets an appt with me for the following Friday and says he will definitely call me on Thursday just to confirm and ease my mind. Thursday rolls around… no call by 4 pm, so I call, text, and email him to please confirm with me. I show up anyway just to make sure there is no miscommunication… Dean pulls yet another «no show»…he has evidently been practicing the «no show» for a very long time and has gotten very good at it! Meanwhile, the used car lot he is operating out of told me he has had about 15 Groupon customers show up in the last week and stating the same issue… set appts with «no shows». I called Groupon and they graciously refunded my money and gave me an extra credit of 20 bucks for my trouble. They also stated they had numerous complaints with exactly the same problem with Prestige Tint.
My advice… stay far far away (as in another galaxy) from Prestige Tint and Mr. No Show. He is extremely shady, unprofessional, and non communicative. I guess I would have to give him a 1 star instead of a 0 just for his consistency at no shows… at least he is good at something.
