Krispy Kreme Doughnut

How hard is it to get an order right? Obviously real hard for this location. I gave 5 stars because of the donuts not the service. Boo

Interesting Krispy Kreme. Kinda had an old school look and i was starving after being subjected to doggy training with my puppy err adult dog. The hot sign wasnt on unfortunately. Used the drive thru and speed was ok… could have been faster bit is ok.
Ordered Apple Fritters and Glazed. Glazed was kinda old. The photos uploaded are interesting… Saw it after eating it. :-/

Hey what could go wrong at Krispy Kreme? They make awesome donuts and the service isn’t half bad.
They are always pretty busy and do a decent job at customers through.
I’m not sure what else to say about KK.

The staff is pretty useless. I went here and tried using my free doughnut reward from their app. The cashier said that the app «didn’t work» and didn’t honor my reward. I emailed krispy kreme corporate to find out why my app didn’t work, and I guess the cashier just didn’t know what she was doing. So the manager from this location called me and told me to come back for my free doughnut, which was nice I guess, but she did say that the cashier should’ve just honored it.
The doughnuts are good though I guess.

Do not go to this Krispy Kreme location unless you buy a single doughnut and give them exact change and even then they may not get your order and change right. All of the customers spent an embarrassingly long time in line while the employees could not get the simplest orders correct. We had to constantly remind them what our orders were and it is not our job to tell them how much change we get back. Really if you give them $ 20.65 for an order that is $ 1.65, it does not take a genius to figure out the change is $ 19.00. I like Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, but I will never go back to this location.

Krispy Kreme use to be the standard for doughnuts – delicious and sweet. I DO NOT know what has happened over the decade, but the standard has diminished, greatly. This particular Krispy Kreme location NEVER serves HOT doughnuts – even when the HOT sign is illuminated. Because I believe in Krispy Kreme, I continue to give each location the benefit of the doubt – hoping that I will order the perfect dozen of doughnuts. Unfortunately, the Lilburn, Georgia location ALWAYS disappoints. The doughnuts are always lukewarm. On Monday, August 3, 2015, at 8:02 pm (pst), I happened to be in the Lilburn area, saw the HOT sign illuminated, and stopped for a dozen doughnuts. I specifically requested/​ordered «one dozen HOT glazed doughnuts – HOT off the press.» My doughnuts were «HOT off the press.» When the cashier handed me my doughnuts, I could feel the heat singe through the box. However, when I got home – 10 minutes later, opened the box to indulge in my HOT Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they lacked Kreme. The Kreme is the BEST part of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but, my doughnuts were barely cloaked with any Kreme. They tasted like I took a can of biscuits, and tried to make my own doughnuts – frying them on the stove in cooking oil. This box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts were GROSS!!! I took one bite and threw away the rest. It would have been more of an inconvenience to drive back to Lilburn, Georgia to exchange or return them. This experience was my last with Krispy Kreme. I was disgusted to the point of NEVER eating another Krispy Kreme doughnut for as long as I live.

I’d like to review the donuts but unfortunately when I got there they’d closed early, which perturbed me no end. This past Sunday, my wife and kids and I had just been watching Ant Man at the theater and we decided we wanted KK donuts. So we went to the KK website, got the address and hours of the nearest store and drove 15 miles out of our way to get there. We arrived 25 minutes prior to their posted closing time, and although you could see two people in there illuminated by the interior lights, all the other lights had been turned off. Since the interior and menu lights were on I pulled in. The two people inside didn’t answer at the menu speaker thing so I pulled up to the window and, as if by magic, the two people we saw inside had disappeared, hiding probably.
So, the kids were disappointed, and I was irked.
So if the person who either owns, manages, or both ever reads this, please be aware that closing prior to your posted time is very poor customer service.

I’ve been a fan of this Krispy Kreme for years. I’ve always gotten lucky with hitting the hot donuts, and the inside is generally very clean, though it’s small (only 2 tables). If you manage to go at a down time, you’re set!

Michael was awesome! He made fresh 16 dozen donuts for the school. Hot and delicious. Thanks Michael for the awesome service!

Worst coffee EVER … the dude gave me a bag full of half and halfs, and now I know why. It tastes like concentrated coffee and was extremely bitter. Even for me who drinks quad espressos at Starbucks. Spent $ 12 on doughnuts and coffee and the coffee is straight trash. Gross!

The donuts are pretty tasty, but the mini donut holes taste a bit like they sit in those containers for awhile. I’m a pretty big fan of the iced coffees they serve… they are usually tasty. The drive-​thru is hit or miss… it can be super fast or you could be waiting for awhile.

Fresh and yummy donuts, but honestly the best part is the employees. They were so friendly, just awesome.

I haven’t been to KK in a long time. This morning I felt like treating my co-​workers to some doughnuts since I had the day off and would miss me. I love the fact that they have a drive-​thru. Saves me lots of time. I ordered an assorted box of doughnuts and a vanilla latte. Drove up to the window and it as ready. Quick service and always with a smile. They also gave me and my son a doughnut hole for the road. Super sweet staff. Oh and the vanilla latte was alright. A little too sweet for me but hey it is Krispy Kreme. I will like to also mention that I didn’t pick the doughnuts in the box but they did a great job of choosing some yummy ones.

This place always has nice customer service and the donuts are always fresh.

Shut up, you know you love Krispy Kreme. Okay, maybe the entire world does not, but it’s very hard to beat those glazed donuts after they’re fresh off the conveyor belt, having passed through the water fall like glaze. Napkin you say? Nah, my finger tips will be cleaned, finger licking good style!
This location does have seating inside and out, though it is pretty small. It gets very crowded if you’re going through the drive thru but however you get the donuts, get them.
Singles are 99 cents and a dozen is (I believe) $ 6.99. Right in the parking lot of Home Depot off of 78, really can’t miss this place
