I came here yesterday from just driving by tryna figure out wat to get Dragon Daddy to eat. Ordered the Italian sausage dog and Italian beef dipped in au jus. I didn’t know wth au jus was. Well I kinda did from tv so I wanted to try it. Went to Dragon Daddy shop, it was soaked. We still ate it. He said I shouldn’t have dipped it. I said I didn’t know! But the sausage was BOMB!!! Oh My God! I’ma have to def go back for that and probably try everything again just not dipped but au jus on the side like my friend said on Facebook.

Great tasting dog but it wasn’t even hot and not really cooked there store is burning up but the hotdogs were cold, when you pay almost 4 dollars for a hotdog it should be cooked you would think

I am from Louisiana and grew up eating fried fish. Since moving to Georgia it has been very hard to find well seasoned fish fried to flaky white perfection. I have found it. The fried fish at baby Al’s is very very good. I order it sometimes 4 times a week. Never disappointing. The tilapia is my favorite. Keep up the good quality guys. We have needed a place like this for a long time.

T.L. Lewis, the owner, is very friendly. The Chicago style hot dog is first rate. The fries I had to think about. The thin crispy ones were good. The thicker ones I would have liked crispier too. After I ate, T.L. told me I could ask for them cooked the way I wanted. Though they would not have it in Chicago either, I think T.L. Should think about having ice tea in these parts. All in all, a good experience and I will go back for a hot dog and maybe try the hot beef, too.

I’ve been putting off trying this place since my friends first told me about it last year. Today I was in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. MAN OH MAN HAVE I BEEN MISSING OUT !
#1 The pizza puffs. I’ve never seen these out side of Chicago. Absolutely delicious it’s basically a pizza stuffed into puff pastry. $ 5 with fires an a drink. I’ll be back for alot more of these that’s for sure .
#2 the Beff was very good. I had mine double dipped with hot peppers. $ 8 for a big sandwich with fries and a drink .
Small place only 2 tables inside so it’s mostly good for take out or tailgating it lol. Clean friendly and cheap prices with big portions. I’m very glad I finally gave them a try. I’ll be back at least once a week .
Also Friday an Saturday is pork chop sandwich day. I’ll be back for that 5 stars

Finally tried this gem last night! It was superb and even better I like the owner! He was so personable and patient as I studied the menu and asked questions before making a decision.
I ordered a chili cheese dog and fries. I have had a hankering for a chili dog for a while now. It is so satisfying to have a craving then fulfilling it. That is exactly what happened when I had the hot dog with the house made chili. The fries were good once I added ketchup to them but I would definitely order them again.
Lastly, they have signed up for choices to you delivery services!!! That alone is enough to keep me patronizing their establishment! I can’t wait to try the Maxwell street Polish dog and the Italian beef sandwich! The prices are more than decent and reasonable. I have no complaints whatsoever!

I’m from Chicago and I know what Chicago food is all about. My first visit to baby als my beef was on point. My second visit the beef was two salty. I contacted the owner the next day to inform him off my experience. Well I got a second hand excuse. My last visit on January 10, 2016 the food was not up to standards. I ordered the beef. My beef barely had any meat. My grandson ordered hot wings. The wings barley had any sauce and was very dry. Also, I ordered the chop steak with mild sauce, mayo and grilled onions. The steak had two little pieces of onions, very little mayo and mild sauce. The steak was dry. I spent $ 26 for nothing. I will not return to baby als.

Was driving with my son yesterday, passed this restaurant and saw the Vienna Beef sign. I knew right away this was a good thing. I immediately turned around and decided to give this little spot a try. I have been disappointed with the Chicago Polish spots, I have tried here in Atlanta, so I was not expecting much. As it turns out the owner was from Chicago, and knew his stuff! I ordered the Maxwell Street Polish, and it was delicious! My son ordered the same, and said «Dad this tastes just like the Polishes we get in Chicago», and I must agree. If you want that authentic Chicago fare, Baby Al’s should be your only stop!

The offerings are all Neighborhood Chicago feel. Loved the Chicago dog, need to come back soon for the Fresh made Italian beef.
The owner cooks all his own beef onsite and no store bought beef stock here .

Wow wow!!! 2 days in a row Day#1 Slaw Dog and Day #2 Grilled Onions and Peppers Polish (Memphis, Tn) favorite both days Beef’d up with a hand cut fries and a Pepsi. HANDS down the a great Family Owned Business with great Customer Service. There is something on the menu for everyone… Give them a chance if you haven’t already it’s worth the Buck or 2

BEST BEEFS IN GEORGIA! My boyfriend and I literally just left from trying out Baby Al’s for the first time and we were not disappointed! All the reviews are true, and it lives up to the hype! It brought us right back to our home sweet home, Chicago! We both got beefs and I also had to get a pizza puff and all were delicious! The fries were the authentic Chicago fries that you get with every hotdog, beef, and burger in Chi! We live right down the street and we’ll definitely be regulars!

I decided to try this spot out after a young lady told me about it. She just went on and on and on with her praise of the hot dogs and the chili. Long story short, it is now my favorite place to eat. I always order a custom made chili dog with light mustard and light relish. A real treat for about $ 3 or $ 4. The chili alone is worth more than that. I also had the Italian beef. I had the spicy version. Couldn’t stop eating it long enough to cool my tongue. It was delicious. I will try more menu items in the future. Owners are great! Highly recommended!

I wish there was more of a place to sit there because I think it would have tasted better if I hadn’t taken it home first. I also think I would have enjoyed it more if I’d gotten a dog, which is clearly their specialty. It seemed super authentic and you could taste that the oil on the fryers was clean

TL (owner) is what this country needs! Very personable and outstanding customer service, he really appreciates and deserves your business. Sometimes I will patronize a place solely as a result of their customer service even if the quality is less than expected, but you don’t have to worry about this place… TL has it right all the way!

They dip the Italian beef and the combo’s! The only thing they don’t sell is deep dish pizza. Finally a taste of Chicago has come to Gwinnett county. Some of the menu items include: super taco, pizza puff, steak burger, Chicago hot dogs, Maxwell St. Polish, Whole chicken wings and they also have mild sauce! The customer service is excellent, and the food is even better. The prices are very reasonable, they also offer a loyalty program that rewards you for each visit.

This was a treat indeed. The receipt game was love. Got all this and then some for around 30 bucks.
The Chicago dog is outta this world. Every piece of it is chi town authentic. The wings were damn good. I also had a super taco, that joint was super loaded & topped with a fresh home made salsa. I had a bbq sandwich with another homemade mild sauce that was good. Fresh cut fries here… Yeah I was getting it in…
