We come through Ligonier on the way to Johnstown for most of our visits, and I’d heard good things about Kathy’s Kreations from one of my Mass Ave Knit Shop homies who’d stopped there. When I realized that the circular needle I was using on my riding-​in-​the-​car project was too short, it was the perfect time to stop in!
The shop is nice and cozy, and well-​stocked with all kinds of lovely yarn that I managed not to buy. We met and chatted with Kathy herself, and while she didn’t have any KnitPicks needles (my preferred brand) in a 40″ US3, she did have an Addi Turbo Lace in that size. We’ll see if I get sucked into Addi addiction!
