C & K Auto Imports

C&K had the car I was looking for on line. I reached out to C&K with a question and Joe responded quickly. I looked into flights to FL to drive the car and possibly purchase but after following up with 2 additional emails with questions I received no response back from Joe.
Needless to say I can not recommend this dealership.

Joe was absolutely essential to our experience buying our E350 over the phone! We are located in California, so Joe helped us by taking lots of pictures, texting them to us, even finding a third party to have it checked out and give us a full report on the condition of the car.
For someone who is used to inspecting every screw on a car before buying, you can imagine the trust that Joe inspired in us to feel confident about our purchase without ever see the actual car. And, wow, are we ever so happy!

C&K Auto Imports South is the best. We are the couple mentioned in a negative post by Daniel M., who were seated & buying the car he mentions. We had arrived at least 30 minutes to an hour prior (after a test drive too) & were seated to start the buying process. Our salesman Josh couldn’t have been more professional not only to us, but to Mr. Daniel M, who seemingly had an attitude upon entering the dealership. At no point did Josh or anyone else inside the dealership treat him in a disrespectful manner.
We can say that the vehicle we purchased is of excellent quality. Throughout the entire process all our questions or concerns regarding things we noticed or the carfax were answered honestly by Josh. They are not pushy & only want to make sure your buying experience is a pleasant one. We recently recommended C&K Auto Imports to a neighbor & would do the same for anyone looking to purchase a quality used luxury auto.

If you buy online beware of what is represented. We purchased a used Mercedes Benz from Joe online. He stated the car was PERFECT and had very low miles. The miles are low but the car was not perfect! Stained carpets, broken glove box and several other items that the MB dealer had to repair for the car to perform as represented by C&K. I paid thousand above retail book for a perfect car and C&K admits to the carpet issue but refused to admit the other issues. Jeff the GM and dealership owner will not help pay for any of issues. Find another place to purchase your cars online!
