Steve was recommended to me by a former teacher of his who said he is very talented, reliable and saved her money. I’m glad I trusted her because he was all those things and more. Steve came over and practically rebuilt my computer for a VERY reasonable fee. Most importantly, he took tons of time with me to explain how to do EVERYTHING. After having serious performance issues with my computer about a year ago, due to viruses and other inefficiencies, I brought it to Steve at Mobiltech in Libertyville, IL. When he finished with it, it has since performed as well if not better than when I first purchased it new. He also pointed out some upgrades to further enhance performance. I waited a year to do that. I just purchased a new computer, brought it to Steve so he could transfer my data over and tweak it to maximize performance. He then implemented the enhancements to my old computer (more memory, faster and larger hard drive, operating system change and other tweaks). I gave my old computer which is now about as fast as my new one, to my wife. The performance is fantastic! It has never been so fast and the enhancement costs were far less than the cost of a new computer (and I think it performs as well). My new computer performance is great as well. He also set up automatic backup so I no longer have to do that manually. What a relief! In summary, Steve did a great job, was very professional and knowledgeable and delivered everything at what I think was a fantastic price. He has also been very responsive to any questions.
It is an uncomfortable feeling when you leave your computer and all the data on it with someone else to do work on it. I found Steve to be very trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
