Two years ago, I decided it was time to really get in shape. I was 41, exercised on my own, but not consistently. I didn’t have a weight problem, but I had zero tone. I got a recommendation from a friend who was using MissFIT and I thought I’d give it a try. After hiring MissFIT, I train 2x a week and do cardio on my own. I love what MissFit has done for me in terms of teaching me about the vulnerabilities that are unique to my body. I now know how to improvise a certain workout to accommodate my weak areas, and I am strong and toned. The trainer, Becky, is very knowledgeable, and pushes me on days she knows I can handle it. I just love the whole concept and the results. Outstanding. It is a little pricey, but at the end of the day, isn’t health what we should be putting our $ toward?
