Here’s what we charge per foot, here’s what you’re going to get and here’s what it’s gonna cost you. No secrets, no bait and switch, just the prices for the work you want done, which was very competitive with the big names.
His crew of Fernando and Emanuel came by and cleaned 3 area rugs, 1 upholstered sofa, 2 upholstered arm chairs, 1 antique upholstered barrel chair (150 years old) and 2 leather sofas. The 10 YO leather pieces had NEVER been cleaned. Creased, cracked and kinda grimy. When the guys were done the couches looked new. Not kidding. Like brand new leather couches.
Fernando explained the cleaning process for the antique chair my grandfather brought with him from Ireland over 100 years ago… just beautiful results.
The carpets are cleaner than any other service I’ve hired (including SM & SS). Fernando was concerned that our thinner area rug with no padding would ruin our wood floors during/​after the cleaning process. So they took it with them; cleaned it and returned it in less than a week. Seriously?!? Yes.
SO impressed with those 2 guys. They are professionals NOT a couple of guys floating around looking for random work at a franchise. To say they were hard working, knowledgable and professional would honestly be an understatement.
I’ve been a homeowner for 22 years and this is by far the best carpet/​furniture cleaning experience I’ve had to date.
