J.R. Roberts is the best, most aggressive, knowledgeable agent we ever met. We had a Chicago condo that had been in short sale status for over 4 years, had 4 other agents previously, and despite problems with taxes, liens, association fees, and other issues. Barry worked continuously from sign up to closing and finally got it done. He kept us advised of all aspects of the process and was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Another review said J.R. was a «tireless advocate for you.» We completely agree.
If more real estate agents were as intelligent, hardworking and professional as J.R. is, maybe our real estate market crash would not have been so bad. Too many other agents were non-​responsive, lacked knowledge or just didn’t do the work to get a sale closed.
He is absolutely great.
