I needed to get my eyebrows waxed, badly. I was in the area and had seen the reviews for Anna’s and decided to give it a try. Lauren got me in right away and was very sweet. While she prepped everything I asked her about eyebrow tinting. I’ve had a few bad experiences and was nervous but she was very understanding and explained how she would tint them as to not make them too dark. They came out a tad dark to me (but I’m used to very very light blond) but Lauren explained that after a wash the color would come off my skin. She was right. The color was very nice and she did an awesome job waxing, not too thin not too thick. I keep getting compliments on my eyebrows lol. I am extremely pleased and look forward to coming back.

I’m used to getting 3 coats of shellac polish, with a very detailed cuticle removal, and the prefect pressure hand massage.
With that being said, my no chip here wasn’t like the usual place I go. It was just average. Only two coats. Still had some flaky cuticles. And there was hardly product left… And I ended up paying more than I usually do.
Also, they don’t overcharge the credit card for tips. I never carry cash on me. So that was upsetting.

I went to Anna’s to dye my hair to make it look naturally sunkissed. I have mostly dyed hair but a few inches of natural growth. Agnes dyed my hair, and was amazing! She was super sweet, as was everyone else in the salon. My hair took longer to bleach than normal because I had done a coconut oil treatment the night before. Instead of leaving my hair orange, they were very patient and explained to me what was going on. We waited until the bleach took completely and everything turned out great. They worked with my budget and made sure I was completely happy before I left. I will definitely be going back if I need anything else, and referring friend!

I have been a customer of Anna’s since she worked at Artistic. She is a great stylist and a great owner. I primarily use Anna for haircuts /​styles. Also, her nail technician Isabel is amazing too. I would definitely recommend! I am here now and will be back for future services. A++

I always have gotten my haircut at the same place and was always scared to go to a salon due to stories I’ve heard. I get my eyebrows waxed here and was recommended to try Lauren. She’s awesome! My whole family comes here now and we all request Lauren because she’s so great. She’s so sweet and knows what she is doing. This studio also has a part for nails which my family loves as well. We’ve tried pretty much everything and have been very happy with Anna’s!
Update: I just went in for another haircut with Lauren today. While I was there, Anna asked me about my review I wrote and thanked me. I wasn’t expecting her to notice at all. Then she gave me a free gift to thank me! I was so surprised. This made me love Anna’s even more. :)

Anna’s Hair Studio is the best hidden gem in Lake County. The studio has an open feel that makes it feel more like a coffee shop… everyone is happy and friendly. When you leave you not only look great but Anna takes the time to show you how to duplicate the look on your own. My 2 daughters and I have been going to Anna for years and she keeps up with new styles and techniques. We each have different hair types– curly, straight and waves.
Anna also has a wonderful cosmetologist, Britta, who is magical at making older skin look and feel younger with her pampering facials. She also does brow and eyelash tinting which gives me a more natural look since I have light brows that tend to blend in with my skin tone.

i have been coming to Anna for years, and recently moved downtown. after trying a few terrible and overpriced stylists in the city, i now loyally drive the 40 miles to come see Anna for my color, highlights, and cuts again. She is amazing with cutting my spiral curly hair which many other stylists completely fail at. my highlights always look bright and fresh and never brassy. she takes the time to listen to what you would like and always delivers! the ambiance in her salon is always so warm and welcoming and it’s a great place to relax during your appointment! i always look forward to getting my hair done here!

What a classy place to go for a trim! I walk in the door and they make me feel like I am the most important person in the world. My stylist is Lauren and she treats me like I’m a friend every time I visit. She knows my kids names, she remembers things I tell her, she really does care about me, how I feel and most important how my hair looks.
Try them if you are looking for a new look or just to maintain the natural beauty you already possess. Male or female she will make you kick up your heels when you look in the mirror. Does life get any better than that?!
