In the spirit of fairness I’ve waited a few months to write this in order to have less of a skewed perspective. That being said, just don’t. Dr. Griffin was wonderful, front office staff, not so much. They got my frames wrong. Twice. Then I was told by the front office manager«we don’t make mistakes». Really, she said that. My prescription was sent out to the lab, true, but ultimately they are responsible for making sure it’s right before they hand them to me. This place made me feel like a second class citizen. They were rude, told me I was wrong, twice. By the time I left with the second pair of wrong frames I was almost in tears and new I’d never return or recommend. I’m very unhappy with my glasses and don’t even wear them, the experience was so horrible it’s not worth the argument with them again.
