I have used this company twice over the last several years for service to my pool equipment, as recently as last summer. However, I contacted them about two weeks ago for recommendations and an estimate and was disappointed with their response, or should I say lack of response. My initial call was promptly returned and I was told a technician would be out the following week on Thursday. I cleared my schedule for the assigned day and waited patiently only to be disappointed with a no-​show and no phone call. I understand things happen and sometimes schedules change, however, I have a low tolerance for the lack of common courtesy such as a phone call. They have lost a customer.
