My husband and I stopped in and ordered carry out for the family on Friday evening. There was an obvious new employee being trained on register and both the new employee as well as her trainer were very sweet and polite. They answered our questions about the pizzas and were both helpful. There was, however, another employee barking orders at everyone from the kitchen which was very disturbing. I have no idea if she was the manager, but if she is, I’m pretty sure she doesn’t deserve such nice employees. ‘CSR’s!!! Pay attention to what you’re doing!’ She was seriously screaming at them in front of everyone… even several customers picking up orders. We had a little wait, so we took a seat in the dining room which gave us a perfect view of the loud mouthed employee. She became irate when an order for a chicken Caesar salad came through, as they were out. She obviously wasn’t aware that she was in full view of customers because she then began dropping ‘F’ bombs and making hand gestures toward the girls at the register. Amazing. I’m glad this isn’t our regular location because we will never return simply because of her unprofessional mean attitude.

Every time I have ordered a pizza something is wrong. And again tonight I showed up to pick up my pizza and they had given it away to someone else.

Perfect place and perfect pizza, the first time I ordered pizza we spent well over 100 for a group of kids having a game night. Just the other day they had a 50% off sale and we spend 45 and had left over pizza, the delivery guy was very polite and fast! And the pizza was warm and delicious, as long as I live in Liberty hill this is where I’ll go for my pizza!!!

I’ve never been through such a 3 ring circus– asked for parmesan cheese EVENINBOLDLETTERSONMYTICKET first off they didn’t bring it or offer it, secondly when I asked the«driver» for the cheese she than instructs me as a customer I am to know that I have to contact the store after placing the online order and request the cheese for a charge. My question«if it’s on the ticket why wouldn’t someone of thought to call me to offer it to me before leaving the store» her response«because we don’t have to look at our tickets fuirst» and she rudely snatches the receipt from me and turned and stormed off my propety. I call the store to inform of the situation and a person named«Claudia» assist me as the«manager» I explained my frustration and she agreed and further offered to refund my money places me on hold than a person named«Kristen» gets on the phone and tells me she’s the assistant manager and she was my driver and she was not rude and became confrontational! Than I asked for their bosses information they provided me with 512−778−9350(which actually rang to a private home with a generic answering machine — (512) 778‑9350 AT&T Landline in Liberty Hill, TX) and an email address of and proceeded to tell me he’s out of town so he won’t be getting back in touch with me until next week. I asked who the acting store manager was and they told me it was an «Alex» and she wasn’t available. They refused to provide me with corporate or direct supervisors or GMs that could address my issues. Than wrapping up the call«Claudia» explains that she could just give the phone back to ALEX(yes the same supervisor they refused to provide me contact info for lol) and I called her on their BS story of passing the phone back and forth between 2 store associates trying to cover each others rears! Needless to say good luck at this store and the pizza was TRASH and had a hair in it to boot! Yeah not a good first time order experience. Needless to say it’s not finished here. I’ll be calling the alternative information we found ourselves! It’s not even about the damn cheese it’s about the rude and immature lack of assistance and to try to be confrontational seriously?!?

Domino’s Pizza is one of the best. This location is as good as any other, with classic tasty pizza and quick delivery times. The dough is soft and seasoned, the cheese is incredible as always, and the toppings are just great. Always an enjoyable meal here, for me and my friends.

Great Domino’s, as good as any other. But their delivery times are ALWAYS fast. We order a few times a month from this location, since it is the closest to us, and we have never had an issue. One of our favorite things on the menu are the parmesan bread bites. This particular location makes them the best. They don’t leave them dry like some other Domino’s. Although some people may not like them«greasy» its the best part of the bites to dip the bread into!

Apparently there are coupons on line that the employees can’t see. I called and the person I spoke to could not see the coupon I was calling about. It was difficult for the person on the phone to hear me so I told her I would just order on line. I was able to order what I wanted and the pizzas were delivered a few minutes under their expected delivery time. The driver was professional and pleasant and the pizzas were good. I would order from them again.

Since my last review, customer service has increased dramatically. It’s a bit scary when you are known by name at the take out pizza joint, but they have been doing a great job. As far as the food, it’s exactly what you expect from dominos.

If you like dominos– it’s as good as any! They offer other things on the menu like pAsta or chicken wings. Our family likes it. Next to Wag A Bag.

I almost feel bad for not going local but when it’s faster, better tasting, and a lot cheaper, then what’s a guy to do. I can order easily online and pick it up or have it delivered. The new homemade pan pizza rocks. It beats all the other chain pizzas by far.

This is the third time we have gotten gluten free pizza at this location. They were stingy with their toppings. 5 slices of mushroom and 1 oz of chicken. I thought that maybe they were having a bad night, but 3 strikes and they are out. Also, the pizza is $ 2 more then the Georgetown Domino’s location. Their excuse is, we are a franchise. Update — We decided to give them one more chance and talked to the manager about our order. Our gluten free pizza was very satisfying and was topped with as much as the regular pizzas. Thank you for listening and making it right. :)

I hadn’t had Dominos pizza for at least 15 years when I stumbled into this location for some«emergency pizza». Nothing else was open. It was this or nothing. I was very pleasantly surprised with the pizza we brought home! Dominos has made real progress on improving quality and offering decent pizza at good prices. It’s a step above Papa Johns, several steps above Little Caesars, but as the previous reviewer noted — don’t expect gourmet pizza from a chain for $ 7.99. Be realistic and you’ll pick up a great pizza. Ordering online is super easy and convenient. Pizzas are consistently ready for pick up within 10 – 15 minutes. I am located right between this location and the Gtown location, and I pick this store every time. The Leander location is open later and the staff here are pleasant adults versus lazy teenagers who work at the Gtown location. If you’re skeptical, give Dominos a whirl. Like me, you might be pleasantly surprised!

Set your expectations correctly. This is fast-food pizza. This isn’t Cousin Tito’s just-immigrated-from-Italy artisan pizza. However, this is not the Domino’s I remember. The quality has improved drastically. Ordering online was super easy. And they beat the time estimation for delivery. I was very pleased.
