J R Dunn Jewelry Replacement Service

I picked up my Omega Seamaster 2 days ago from JR DUNN in Lighthouse Point. The repair cost $ 425.00 and took awhile to be done. I had to take it back today because the Watch has already stopped working. It has stopped twice and is now losing time. This was a extremely frustrating event since was very late to a meeting due to the time on my Watch that was repaired 2 Days ago being wrong. The sale staff seems to be as incompetent as the repair department since the question asked by the sales/​repair girl was did you try winding your automatic watch? I wish I would’ve listened to the other comments and taken my watch somewhere for less cost and the repair done correctly. I always thought you got what you paid for but, in J.R. Dunn’s case I appear to be wrong. I hope they did not swap out my omega parts for a imitation chinese knock off. Do not shop or have anything repaired at J R Dunn’s unless you want to get done. Caveat emptor (Buyer Beware)
